Sir ,
we have two properties ..one is 2.5 acres land in our father in law 's name ...another one is a house given to my father in law According to his father 's will....( My grand father in law will)...my father in law has 6 sons and 3daughters ..8 grandsons and 5 grand daughters. One grand daughter and 2grandsons are staying abroad ....at the time of registration is there a need of grandsons and grand daughters?

Ownership of the property rests with the Co-operative Housing Societies, flats are allotted to share holders of the Society for residential purposes, they are not absolute owners of the flats. Under the circumstances what value will be considered for the assessment of the court fees when the share of the deceased husband is transferred to the wife, (1) the market value of the flat? (2) or the face value of the share certificate? Please understand that the share holder is not the absolute owner of the flat and the shares of the Society are not traded in the market.

1) How to submit digital evidence in DVD format for a supreme court Writ petition by Party in person
2) How to map/link specific video or audio evidence referred in a paragraph in running index & writ petition paper book
3) will all copies of letters to public offices & Complaints to police be submitted as exhibit or annexure
4) Can 2nd Petitioner affidavit be added in next page right after 1st Respondent's affidavit
5) Can a 600 page affidavit be split in volumes

I got a property few week back as a gift from my brother & I want to sell it now and buy a new property. I wanted to know is there any restriction of selling the property for certain period of time or is there any holding timeframe for Gifted property.

Sir any constable in cisf (mha) through departmental exam supersede direct recruitment of Asi in cisf when direct Asi existing in force how can constable through departmental exam achieve rank of Si it may be possible constable only achieve beow senioty from direct recruit Asi in same year

My brother in law file section 9 against my sister and my family. He and his family torture my sistet physically and mentally, and did not provide her proper food due to she gave born a girl child. She treated in govt hospital 4 days and transfusion 2 unit blood in oct 17 end. After that she is was in my house for 2 months for recovery. After she return her husband house, they planned and give some ornament and took a written i am willingly taken. After that they bit her and wipe out from their home. We did not complain or case for save family of my sister. Please guide what to do.

sir/ madam,
i have to write plaint in a suit for promissory note (model). i have a model which states that the plaintiff issued certain some of money to defendant at 12% p,a, the defendant agreed to settle the loan within 2 months. the defendant provides a cheque to plaintiff which is post dated. then plaintiff approaches the bank and bank says "account closed". he cheated the plaintiff. plaintiff isuues a notice to pay the dishonoured cheque amont. this is the fact. is this the model correct for my question

In all my educational documents my name is written as 'SHAREER IKM' but in my Passport & Other IDs it says 'SHAREER ITHIKKATT MOHAMED'. The second one is correct one and how do I correct it on all my educational certificates. Kindly Help.

Cant serve notice period
Hi,
I was working in a company and the company deducted my salary and then i said that keep the rest of the salary and now they asked me serve the notice period.
But then i denied to serve as the manager is really rude.I signed a bond and now they are asking me either to pay the agreed amount or serve the notice period
Otherwise they are saying that they will sue me.
Also the firm is not registered yet
What should i do?
