I have recieved a legal notice from an advocate without proper address and it was in white paper without advocate�s stamp on the paper. I need to know whether it is valid or not?

Dear Experts,
I am from the state of Tamilnadu. How much court fee should be paid for filing a partition suit in the district court if the Plaintiffs are not in possession of the property ??
And how is possession defined in law ? What constitutes as "Possessing a property" ?? Is it mere physical presence in the property or Possessing the documents and pattas and deed pertaining to the property.

Hello sir my name is bulty Das. I am going to change my name. I have completed my graduation in the year 2014. Is that compulsory to change my name in my schl certificates and college certificate??? In future I want to apply in government jobs. And want to be an employee in government sector. Is there will be any problem which I have to face due to my old name in my certificates???? During the exams or any other procedure in government exams????

I hv 3 yrs old daughter...my wife n in-laws kidnapped me. For this FIR got registered on my wife n in-laws with following sections of 323,363,506,149 IPC Oct 2017.
I wanted to talk with my daughter...but my wife blocked my phn no. I tried with diffrt no. but she refusing to gv...She telling that come by police or court orders...Evry one r criminals at my in-laws home...Plz advice how can I safeguard my daughter's life frm that criminals...
1) can I approach court by asking I want my daughter bcu evry one r criminals...
2) with thr personal motive they can do play any game with my daughter life

Me, my mother and sister were forced to sign a power of attorney and an building agreement with a builder. After seeing the sanctioned plan we had declined the offer. We had filed a case u/s 9 of Indian Civil Code.My mother expired recently. How can we revoke hte agreement and the power of attorney?
Please respond fast.

My grandfather had purchased land from SC 32 years earlier. we have possession of the land today also but some sc are now claiming their land by saying that SC land cannot be purchased by general caste. We have full documentation also of the land that is Bainama of the land.
Land is under our possession and we have bainama also. Its been 32 year and now they are raising case because of seeing the land prices. Need expert opinion that how to save our land. What law can save the land and dimiss the case at once
