Recently in Bihar govt. has removed Tanti caste which is a sub-caste of Pan from their OBC list so it automatically comes under SC in Bihar but in centre Tanti caste is still under OBC list at number 48. In Bihar they are making my caste certificate from SC and only signed up-to S.D.O. (means caste certificate is valid in Bihar only) that also in state govt. format . But recently i had interview for Insurance company and they asked for certificate in central govt. format for which the sign of D.M. is also required , when i asked them they said D.M. wont sign it. So my question is can i get OBC caste certificate in central govt. format as my caste is still OBC in centre but SC in Bihar.

Hello Experts,
I bought a piece of land in Bihar and got it registered on my name 2 years ago.
I applied for Mutation just after registration. After some days I got a notice that my application for mutation is cancelled because someone has claimed it as his own. When asked, the officials said that the claiming party has said that the land is in their name according to land survey of India. The broker who sold me told me that land said claiming party may have put his name by fraud into the land survey document but there is a verdict of Honrbl Supreme Court of India which states that land survey document is not valid without registration. He suggested me to file a case in the grievance department.
It is been more than 2 years and the status is-
1) Claiming party did not show any documents to the grievance department after so many dates
2) Case transferred to magistrate and same thing happened
3) Now the case is at LRDC.
Please somebody help. Due to these delay I am going through many ordeals. Have taken loan of huge amount for education of children as all the money I invested in that land.
Thank you.

Hi Sirs/Mams, My name is Wasif and I'm from Hyderabad. I belong to a Muslim family. I'm my dad's first son from his first marriage which didn't last long. He married my step mother and had a biological son. She had a son with her first marriage who stays with us. This completes our family.
Please clarify on these questions:
- My Dad brought me a flat when i was young and it wasn't disclosed to other family members at that time. The property is registered on my name. The question is can my brothers or step mom claim any of its value.?
- What is the correct way of property division of property among us. Knowing the fact that there are several other properties divided among us.
Thank you in advance!
Banking forcing payment on second credit card
Hello Sir
My self Aadya from Mumbai.
My issue is on credit card payment.
Sometime back I had opened a joint account with my friend(room mate) with ICICI Bank since we were doing a small business of birthday party set ups. The bank issued us two credit cards with a limit of 1 L together.
All was fine until sometime back when my friend got married and moved out. However she still continued to use the credit card and ran up a bill of approx 40 K.
She is now refusing to pay this amount and the bank is after me to pay the amount even after explaining them multiple times that the transactions were done on my friends card only without I being aware.
The bank is insisting that I pay as I am the primary holder and adding penal interest daily on the same every month.
Right now I dont know where my friend is as she has changed her numbers and not replying on mail.
What should I do.
Plz advice
Aadya
