Respected Sir/Madam,
Our Forefathers are belonging to ST (Kondh) caste and we are having 20 acres of land in Orissa, those lands were given to lease during 1970 and part amount Rs.3000/- have taken from the other party out of Rs.5000/-. After few years we have been asking them to handover the property to us by paying their amount, whereas, they have encroached the property and trying to change the documents by managing all officials. In this regard, our forefathers were engaged an advocate to get the support as they were illiterate (2nd Class Studied). The said advocate collected all original relevant documents from my forefathers and handed over to the other party including caste certificate original. Very recently we have applied for ROR patta in the district Sub-collectorate and found that the land is on the name of my forefather and the caste also mentioned as "Kondh" ST. Based on which we have applied for caste certificate at Tehsil Office, the respective Tehsildar is not accepting the application by claiming that we are not living in local. The Tehsildar informed the same message to other party and now the other party have filed a petition in Additional Land Commissioner that we have enrolled as BC caste in Andhra Pradesh after 1980s, as we do not have any proof of documents that as we belonging to the caste "Kondh".
Now our request is how to explain the answer to Additional Land Commissioner (in the Court) and also how to get the Caste Certificate as "Kondh".
Please suggest how to protect my Land from encroachment and how to approach ST Commission,

i.my wife file dv act on 28/1/13.Lower court order me 5000pm maintenance.Then Session court order me 24000pm.I did appeal in HC,HC order me 18000pm.But now im not service,loss in bussiness, . i get heart attack 2yrs back. Im not liable now 18000pm to my wife.my wife also file divorce case & asking me for permenant alimony of 30 lacs which one im not able to pay her.my question is 1)may i able to file case to reduce maintenance in dv act?according to which section.2)where to file case ? which type of court? 3) my wife file all cases in her district.in her district no family court. My district have family court. May i able to file case of reduce maintenance in my district family court?

i have purchase from property by registering and paying stamp duty from the wife of owner who is deceased stating that she was alone and there is no legal heir other than her. but at later date i came to know that there sons and daughter of the lady .the deceased per son has no will. so how can i clean up the title. please guide for the same.

Hi,
I live on ground floor of high rise building with extended balcony, and maximum people living above our floor are installing their AC unit outside of their respective balconies and using or covering their balconies of their own interest, now the maximum AC units are outside and their direction goes down straight to my extended balcony where my kids play or our daily movements as the balcony is extended I dont think they have taken any kind of permission and I feel major safety issue here, i have requested them many times to pl. install their AC outer unit inside of their respective balconies where it should be but noone is hearing my plea. Does it consider illegal if yes then how i should proceed since i feel major safety issue. Thanks pl help

Few cases pertaining to one single survey number are pending before a junior civil court with one opposite Advocate.
Can the one said advocate implead the deceased Legal heirs in one case and delete (abate) in another case.What are the remedy to legal heirs if court also dances to the tune of Advocate.

my father was working in DoT (nowdays BSNL) as wireman. He went missing in 1994. My grandfather lodged a FIR in 1995 even my mother lodged too in 1997 and wrote a letter their GM for pension,they didnt accept the application and said that it will take 7 years but after 7 years, nobody rispond. After a year, my grandfather passed away so there is no one with my mother to stand against DoT but my mother went there till 2008 but never get any anwers from them. When i was 22, i got to know everything by my mother so in 2015 by the help of legal person, my mother wrote an application to GM and again they didnt rispond then i decided to write to Hon. Prime Minister of India.PMO gave them pressure and Finally we got reply by them and according to them, they removed my father from the services in 2000, after the 5 years of he went missing so my question is that possible we file an case to the Hon. CAT chandigarh? do we get justice or get nothing because most of the lawyer suggest me that there is no chances after so many years. What should i do and where i can find lawyer for for service matter?

My 7 months pregnant wife left me with our 6 years old son on Feb 2018. I went to my in laws home to meet my son and to talk to them but my father in law started abusing me and then they called the police and started accusing me of domestic violence. They then lodge a police complaint for the same. But police found that they are lying so case was dismissed and sent to women cell for reconciliation. When the women cell called them they refused to come for any kind of reconciliation. I tried talking to my wife and she says that she won't live with me and also she won't divorce me. Last month I filed a RCR petition and in response to that my wife has filed a section 24 where she has again accused me of domestic violence and has asked for a hefty maintenance amount.
Now what happens to my RCR petition?
Do I need to prove my innocence in the case of domestic violence ? or is it her responsibility to prove ?
If proved or not proved, do I need to pay hefty maintenance amount ?
Can I file for divorce on the basis of mental cruelty ? If yes how can i prove it and how long will it take ?
How can I get my son back at earliest ?
My wife is misusing the law, can I file some criminal case against her ?

Odisha professional tax
Respected Sir / Madam,
An employee is getting INR 30,000.00 p.m. But, the employer is not deducting professional tax. Can the employee apply for enrollment u/s 6(2) of the relevant Act of Odisha Professional Tax? Will he / she pay the tax annually @ INR 2,500.00? If he / she does so, what will be the impact on the employer.
