Family property

I live in a joint family. My husband owns the land and the property title papers is in his name. However, my parents in law and brother in law have paid for building the home . My husband has paid 40% , father in law -30% and brother in law -30% towards building the home. Recently due to disagreements and family politics we were ill treated and locked out of our own home. What legal recourse do we have to evict our brother in law and parent in laws from that home?

Poa stamp duty and its adjustment in sale deed stamp duty

I need a clarification on the following: One flat is owned by my son and his wife in Bangalore. Both of them are NRIs. Both of them have given me power of attorney to sell the flat. What would be the stamp duty for registration of POA ?. Whether any stamp duty paid while registering the POA can be adjusted while registering the sale deed. I understand that I have to pay now 5 % duty on my daughter-in-law share of 50% of guidance value. I would like to know that this stamp duty on POA can be adjusted against the stamp duty at the time of sale deed registration. Please advice me. Please also give reference to Karnataka Stamp Act or any clarification given by Government. Thanks and regards.

Preliminary and final decree for a disputed property

1. A sister and a brother have filed cross criminal cases on each other regarding their father's property.
2. Both of them are occupying a part of their now deceased father's property.
3. Both have now settled the matter and sister has agreed to pay a certain amount to brother and he shall hand over his premise to sister, provided all criminal cases on him are quashed.
4. Can both of them make a 'consent terms', wherein they agree to the following (i) each of them willl support the quashing of the other person's criminal case; (ii) thereafter the sister will pay the brother and he will hand over the premises.
5. Based on this process, can they follow these steps: (i) sister takes the 'preliminary decree' in her favour; (ii) both of them apply for quashing u/s 482 CrPC along with the 'preliminary decree' and their consent terms, (iii) after both cross criminal cases are quashed, the final decree is passed in favour of the sister, and (iv) brother vacates the premises.
6. Thanks.

Need my Wife and Child

Hi All,

A day back my wife took my child and ran out of my home without informing any one. She went to her mothers home .

The reason to run, is a day before her sister came to my home first time. I told see it looks good when your relative came. But you always get angry when my relatives came in. Why you are not allowing my relatives. She got at most angry and next day she went out.

Now when I tried to call and ask when you are coming home, she I need to ask sorry to their parents and then she will think when to come to my home.

From marriage 2015 till today, she is adamant and rude. But considering her age we left it will change over a time . But after a childs birth in 2016 , she never stayed in my home further she roams every where with her father and mother and hardly 5 days she stays in my home in month.

Later she orders our family members and me that if some one wants to see child, come to home see from morning to evening and go back.

This kind of order creates more pressure and irritation among my family members and literally my presents are crying without seeing grand child.

We went with family elder and 3rd party peoples to her home to call her, but she is refused to come. She says if your son needs life, then I will be in my home if not I will go for divorce/ seperation.

Due to this she got angry and last year she filed false compliant on my parent, grand mother and me in women police station and took all of us there. Her mother gave money to lady police and they scolded in bad words.

My father told this time dont worry, your wife is small girl . You try to ignore she will come back.
But she didnt come and cant see my childs little age period.

I consult with a senior lawyer and send am warning notice last week stating I need my wife and kid. Please come to my home in 7 days .

But she never responded or reacted. I dont know how will I be see my child. I am ready to ask sorry or go separate from my parents or do what ever for my wife. But she dominates sitting in her home.

I am the only child to my parents. They are retired and no. Earning. Only I need to take care my parents. But still my father says go out and stay alone with your wife. But wife doesnt bend for no reason.

As an all lawyers forum , I need an help how to get back my wife and kid. Please say how to do this with tears ....

1 property, 2 brothers, 1 will.

Hello Sir, we have 2 floor building. 1st floor belongs to 1 brother, 2nd belongs to other. In will it is specify that both have equal rights. So, now both are getting light bill separate, but there is one old agreement before partition.
Now my question is, can we make separate agreement for same property, if no, then what should we do to make it official on paper / agreement. Your reply will be appreciated. Thanks.
