Hello Experts
One property was mortgaged in year 2000 without giving possession.
It's 18 years now and the amount borrowed was not returned nor claimed in any court.
Can the property be sold without getting it released from mortgage.
If such sale takes place will it be taken as civil or criminal offense

Dear Experts,
This is in reference to know about the working culture for FEMALE EMPLOYEES in INDIA. I am working in MULTINATIONAL BANK "ICICI BANK LTD." That branch is mega branch and timing is 8:00AM to 8:00PM. According to this timing branch should run in two shifts but I haven't seen that in my branch. When we sign-in in the system it show working hours should be 8hours but we works more than 10hours in a day, in which only 15-20mins we will get for lunch, no other things and even after doing OT we haven't paid any extra wages for that. I am working since last year in this organization, having some severe health issue which is not severe according to HR. They accept that many female employees are suffering from that even after knowing that there is no improvement in this. The best thing is that HR haven't met with me even haven't saw my reports before making that statement. I am working in such an organization where working environment is not professional and co-orperative. I am posted far away from my family. Due to my medical issue I requested for transfer but didn't get yet.
Kindly suggest me what should I do next

Hi,
We have an ancestral property in the name of my grandmother. My grandparents has 5 childerns, out of 5 childerns my dad is the only son.
My grandparents and my dad expired leaving the property, some property katha is in name of my dad.
Is that we can sell the land or seek permission of the 4 daughters.
I need to make a partition deed for my family along with my dads sisters, We dont want to give land to them instead we will give money to all 4 daughters.
Paying money through cheque and mentioning that in partition deed will make sense in partion deed? Do i need to give land only for my dads sisters?

Hi ,
We have a ancestral property, some part of the property is made a sale deed by my dad and he had received a 4 cheques.
We are 4 childerns and my mom, only my dad has signed the agreement and I have witnessed.
The agreement is not registered, however my dad expired all of a sudden,now the agreement seems not in agree with family members and we do not want to sell.
My dad did not clear the cheques given and now he is no more, we want to cancel the agreement done . what is the possible ways. Kindly suggest

HIDE education before marriage and age . She even said she dont want to do marriage . Now she went to her fathers house from 15dec . We are an upcoming chain of preschools and have franchisees in Mumbai, Navi-Mumbai & Thane; and expanding further. We take one-time franchise fee of Rs. 3.00 lacs. Our franchisee agreements are on Rs. 100 stamp paper.
Is this enough or should we notarize/register the agreement? Whats are the charges toward notarizing/stamp duty+registration of the agreement? What are the benefits of registering the agreement?

I need the help of lawyers practicing for Labour Laws for the below query.
I'm Working In private Limited company more then two years, As on date company has not share / given confirmation letter to me. Meanwhile, I have got a good opportunity from other company and I have decided to move out of company.
When I put my regeneration letter to HR team as per joining kit which says if the employee is on probation period then the notice period will be 30 days, but Got revert as " You are Deemed confirmed employee as you are with us more then One and Half year and you are also got one increment. Thus the notice period is 90 days. And if you not complete your notice period then balance days will be get deducted from your last month salary."
Kindly help me to get to know is there any such low exist as deemed confirmation ??? And if such clause not given on joining kit then also will it apply to me?

Good evening sir my name is dasari radhika but in my ssc certificates it is to be printed as dasari sadhika I went school of secondary education and made a correction they corrected manually but in database it shows dasari sadhika sir could you please tell me how can I resolve these problem is there any approach to correct the name in data base itself
