My application for deputation is not forwarded by employer

Sirs,
I am a regular employee and working in PSU and had applied online for Deputation post to Statutory Body (Established under the Act of Parliament) under the same Ministry and submit Advance copies of the printed application along with all necessary documents within due date. On the same day I have applied to my Employer for submission my application through proper channel. Our Employer with his discretionary power has not forwarded my application reason " Due to acute shortage of manpower, services of ...............(me) cannot be spared at this stage. A regular official is need to be there. The proposal, therefore cannot be acceded to.". Now the employer is under process DPC for My Promotion. After continuous services of last eight years no promotion has been offered to me (MY ACR in last 5 years is 'VERY GOOD') though two promotion has already been due as per time bound promotion policy of the Company.

My pathetic situation is that One site, Our Administrative Ministry has already been decided to closure of the Company (Pending Cabinet approval), other side employer is not ready to release me as my requirement is very much there. My present age is 49 and where I had applied the age 49 is the maximum limit i.e., this is my last opportunity to apply. I never applied before to any other organization. My present Organization is unable to pay Salary also. I had relocated in Delhi from Other State and family is still staying in my origin state. Both Family Maintenance in my origin state and staying myself in Delhi is huge cost involvement which is beyond my capacity without getting salary in time. If Company goes/runs in normal condition I have no issue. But Company's Situation is different now.

My question is
1. If Corporation is Closed (As already decided but pending final approval), can my employer will take any responsibility or give any guarantee for my settlement to other Department/PSU of the same Ministry? As per my knowledge, there is no provision in case of closure. If not, what I will do?
2. Who will be held responsible for losing my job opportunity/Career for non forwarding my application through proper channel? Is is not my fundamental right under constitution? Can it be applied Article 21 of the Constitution of India?
3. If they offer promotion as per Time bound promotion policy, still do I have an option for applied to other Organization?.and in that case again if my application is not forwarded, what I will do?
4. Suppose, I accept this now, can I go to legal forum for Justice at any time after that? Is it any bar under limitation Act.?
5. Any other valuable suggestion please.

Divorce from my wife.

Hi I'm roby. I was married and got a daughter of 12 yrs old. Marriage life was such a nightmare . She is a working woman and we always had a dispute almost everyday. We lived in our own house . My parents was sent out from home and I was not allowed to speak with them aswell.. I had lot of restriction and in every fight , she throws Thali and moves out to their parents home in Hyderabad . I was constantly going and pleading to her to sustain the relationship. We stayed in different bedroom in same house.I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea during the same time. I was left helpless during my bad days. My parents stayed out of my life as she blackmailed with divorse me if I contact my parents. She had contact with one of her relative . She will b either on call or texting him. His wife came to our house with the phone bill proof and shouted at my wife for speaking with her husband. My wife rudely told her that she will not stop talking to him and do whatever she wishes. When I asked , she threw thali onto my face , tore wedding Saree and went to her parents home. After many years of pleading , I filed divorse case . She said that she is not ready to live with me and at the same time, she cannot grant divorce. Its been 7 years since we got separated. After 4 years of case, court dismissed the case.

She took all the documents from home when she left along with lic bond. With the same lic agent , she changed lic owner from my name to her name by forgering my sign nd provided Xerox of my proof. She erased all the proof from my email where I had the phone bills of her. As she is woman , nd in the name of my daughter , she is playing wisely as the law , court judge favouring her.

I filed case in high court now. I'm from Chennai and she is Hyderabad. Every time I have to travel to Hyderabad. I have sleep apnea and had heart attack because of that but court is not ready to understand in spite of providing all reports.

I was not allowed to meet my daughter.. last time whe� i met her, she asked if im not dead ? Coz her mother told her that am dead. I was all alone for 7 years... I'm 37 years and now I married a girl and she is pregnant. She knew everything about me and taking care of me so well. She also willingly send money to my daughter and also request me to give the only home i own to my daughter. Im happy and peaceful with my second wife. My only concern is my first wife is not giving divorce.. I really don't know what she would do if she comes to know about my remarriage.. there is already maintainance case going on for Rs. 35000 instead of Rs 7500. Kindly suggest as what can be done. Can she file DV case ? I did not register my second marriage. I added Nick name along with my first name in wedding invitation. Wedding pictures are safe . I also thought of absconding . Please help.

Illegal termination and demand for justice

Kindly listen to my plight, I am being victimised, harassed and forced to resign by Business head and HR and when I refused I was threatened to be terminated, I am thrown out of the company's whattsapp group without written notification and also my mail id was shut down abruptly that too without notice and intimation,and the reason was that I just raised serious concerns against my reporting manager of harassment, victimisation, putting false allegation, being biased in conduct and conspiring against me to throw me out of the job and take away my livelihood, she wilfully singled me out, and when I asked her on mail by raising the concerns she didn't reply and next day on the same mail I got a reply from business head rather than Reporting manager, but business head also didn't take any action against it and on the contrary started targeting me, on 2nd May, 2017 sexually illicit message outraging the modesty of a woman was sent me by one of your employee when I raise the concern to Business head and Director but they forced me to keep quite and also forced me to not raise it further, what kind of ethics is this, then after that when I raised concern about Reporting manager that I am being victimised and harassed by her and its pre planned by her then also Director asked me to keep quite, is this their ethics and is this their principle that they target an employee, harass her in a pre-planned way and then throw her out, is that humanity and corporate ethics that Company follows, from Director to Business head to HR to Reporting manager everyone is just targeting the victim and throwing the victim out rather than the real culprit.

I am baffled and in grief that how could the whole staff can be so insensitive and inhuman in their conduct that they are shielding the culprits and throwing the victim out, and I am surprised that Director is also supporting and shielding the culprits.

Within 2 days i received my illegal termination as well and when i asked the ground than they told me insubordination.

I am seeking for a help, kindly suggest me aa company is not responding..

Tds on amount deposited in labour court

Hi case- Due to Employer Illegal Layoff by software company in year 2013 in Hyderabad, One Employee who work for 3 years in that company file case in labor court against Company, And got Judgement in his favor in year 2016 (Award declared in Judge order = 4 year salary 32Lac + Reinstatement of Job) . But company did not accept Labour court order and file appeal in High Court HC ask to pay 50% of Award i.e.Rs 16L and company deposited that Amount in Court Can some one guide me company liability to deposit TDS on that amount, 16L as Company Has deposited amount (which was nothing but Salary due x 50%)
Or any other advice to comply

Gift deed

I own a flat which was registered in my name and my fathers name. After demise of my father and mother my elder brother is willingly to transfer the same to myself. Can it be done through gift deeds or any other form. we live in mira bhayander

Foreged document

I was served query letter in my office that one of the educational document i presented as additional qualification was forge after confirmation and was asked to reply within five working day which i did via visiting the school and seeking for clarification where i was told that they have similar challenge and that is why they have to change the process of collection. the school exonerate me but i plead they should put it in writing but they refuse instead they issue me another certificate a week after I received suspension letter from my office what next should i do.

dear sir
firstly i wish to thank few genuine advisers of lci because of whom i valently fought my sec 9 case against sec 13 case by my wife which she won 0n 31st March 18 but with a rider that she has not been given any maintenece (since she is working and she admitted that she can take care of herself and baby well).also the custody case GWA filed by me for my 10 yrs old daughter, was turned down with no maintenence to daughter from me and with directions that i can visit the child whenever i want
2. with this as background i wish to ask the learned forum suggestions on following issues
(a) Though the lady and daughter have not been given any alimony and maintenance in sec 13 and GWA can she file again.Especially she had admitted to make her case strong for custody of child that she is taking care of daughter well and is capable of looking after her.she is working as professor in a management college. if yes what remedial action should be taken by me
(b) though in gwa the custody of daughter has been given to the mother and I have been given releif that i can" visit my daughter any time i want and my ex would not pose any hinderance" now the question arises that i am an army officer posted in remote area and cannot go to meet daughter whenever i want .So it means its not a justice actually done to me also the daughter has been brainwashed so she is not keen to meet me .I want that daughter should be allowed to be with father and her grandparents during deewali holi or vacations.What action should i take to overcome this issueonly genuine advice solicitated please
