Employer is not Paying

Hello Everyone,

Greetings!

Actually i have joined a company in jan 2018, When i got selected i have asked for offer letter or joining letter but he just sent the confirmation mail just by saying we'll provide u later, I had a doubt on company that's why i have regularly asked for documents but they delayed, when i was working they don't have any fixed timings, different rules for payments or salaries, & even they don't pay salary on time, so nothing was good their. & When i asked for support in ramazan that i need to go for iftaar they directly refused. I have told them it'll be difficult for me to work in this condition. They told me to that they're terminating so i have agreed. I have asked for documents they refused, then i told them to send termination mail, but they told me they'll do it later. I had wait for 2 days but they didn't send any mail so i have mail the termination discussion details to my boss in which every conditions are mentioned like salary, documents, time duration. but they didn't respond on mail then i left the company & joined somewhere else. Now its almost 45 days i have continuously calling & mailing but they are not responding even they have blocked me from WhatsApp. Because of shortage of time i wasn't able to visit office.

As the time for eid is coming i have sent a message in flock (Basically an app for corporate like WhatsApp) which has been installed from the working days.
Now they are saying i have hacked & they will file against me & also refused for salary.

Please suggest something good that i can compensate my salary without delay.

Sunni hanafi law of inheritance

In our partition Suit still pending.. Grandmother survived by only 2 daughters, who are also dead, one daughter survived by a Son and other daughter's son also died and survived by 2 daughters and only son predeceased her with predeceased sons Son and daughter.. Please determine the shares of Grandson, Grandson's 2 daughters and predeceased sons children as per Sunnni hanafi law As per Hanafi law 2 daughters are entitled for 2/3rd share jointly as sharers and predceased Sons and daughter are entitle as residuaries for remaining 1/3rd. Question: One of the daughter Son also died and he is survived by only 2 daughters and no Male child, Since Sunni law is male dominant, How the share allotment changes ? For example..A grand mother Mubeen since dead survived by 2 daughters Afreen and samreen , Afreen since dead and survived by her heir a son Afsar and Samreen survived by son Rafeeq who also died and survived by 2 daughters simran and Kamran and Children of predeceased Son namely Azhar and sameena

Regarding Layout welfare association , bangalore

I reside in my own house in a layout in bangalore. There is common Municipal council /BBMP borewell for entire layout from where we get water. Welfare Association management collecting Rs.150 per month.
They are issuing fake receipt after collecting monthly subscriptions. They are not allowing online transfers. they are misusing borewell water for constructions.
Also they are creating lot of problems to my family which i could not explain here.

My query is if i discontinue from layout membership, will association management has right to disconnect water connection to my house? It is govt. Borewell.
They are threatening me. Please help.

Wrong obligation made by a girl on any male person

one male person talking to a girl occasionally after some time girl told him that u will have to marry with me at any cost.

Maternity leave for offrole/ consultants

Hello Sir,
I work with ICICI Securities as an off-role employee (Contractual) since 2015.
Currently I am 4 months pregnant and when I asked my reporting head about Maternity Leave, I was informed that Maternity Leave benefits are not applicable for off-role employees (Contractual).
Can someone help me confirm whether what I am being informed is genuine?

Respected advocates,
issue belong to Hindu family about partition of ancestral property
Varamma W/o Ramalingam,have two sons 1) Murali 2) chandramouli.Ramalingam inherited his properties which are ancestral in nature.After ramlingam died, Varamma and her 2 sons went to high court for partition of property , the hon'ble court decreed that Murali get 44% , chandramouli get 44% and varamma get 12% share from the said property.Later her second son Chandramouli passed away, upon his death varamma went to court with her son claiming chandramouli share and court granted another 8% to her . now she is also died but before her death she gift deeded her entire share which is 20% to her grandsons ( murali sons) even when her son is alive at the time of gift deed.
My Questions are:- 1) is that gift deed valid ? 2) can Chandramouli sons ( two sons and one daughter) claim any share from their grandmothers part?
