they drilled planted agricultural land

(Querist) 18 June 2018 This query is : Resolved 
sir we have a land in that we farmed cotton. 3 days back some people in my village came and drilled all plant with tractor. so i have complained in ps but they just filed a case u/s ipc 427 and gave them bail what to do please suggest me.

Go to nearest advocate and discuss the matter with Him, You may file a complain case through court.
