Respected Sir/Madam The SAIL Colliery division Management had provided me ad hoc employment against land with few others in Aug.2014 & promised to regularize the same under roll of company. From 02 Aug.2014 to till date i am working But they neither regularizing my service nor giving a single month salary as yet.In this context i had approached top to bottom level management as well as written to steel minister & Ministry of Labour & employment along with relevant papers under CPGRAMS. I want to start a website in which dance videos will be posted by contestants. Entrance fees for the competition will be there. The person getting most likes will be winner..
Similar competition will be done for best photography.. Contestants will post photographs taken by them and competition will be held.
Will it fall under sweepstakes?? Is it legal
Sir, does this mean that if there is no stay or injunction, but if a court case is on, the other heirs to a joint household property can sell his or her share if her or his name is one amongst the share holders of a registered property although a case is going on in court on the said property?
isnt this contempt of court?

Dear Sir,
We had a room in chawl system in Mumbai. The room is in the name of My Late Grandmother. After her, there are 6 heirs of that room. But my uncle has claimed himself the ownership of that room which was in SRA scheme. He destroyed all our proofs i.e ration card, electricity bill & rent bills before 1990. He made new documents in his own family only.
After development in 2010, there is built a building & society is formed. Now the society wants to know heirs names with proofs. But we have no proofs to claim that flat except death certificates of my grandfather & grandmother & we have a document of our village farm 7/12 extraction in which all heir names are included.
So please advice.
