Gst rate for real estate

Sir, I had book the 2 bhk flat in april 2017 at Nasik, Maharastra which will be completed in 2019 and bulider also registered in RERA. Now Bulider is asking GST 12% excluding Stamp duty@5%, Registration charges@1%. Kindly clarify ? what is GST rate is applicable for under construction apartment. with stamp duty and registration charges ? my builder now follows for agreement with GST 12% excluding Stamp duty@5%, Registration charges@1%.
Any chances to reduction in the GST rate for real estate sector within 3-4 months? Builder is not ready to pass credit input of Land also ?

Agreements

For any agreement (NDA/CDA/MOU/MOA) is it necessary to make agreement on stamp paper only? How much should be the amount of stamp paper (Rs. 100 or Rs. 500 or any other amount)?

Is it necessary to include the witness in the agreement (NDA/CDA/MOU/MOA)? In other words is it necessary to have signature of the witness in the agreement?

If agreement is made on stamp paper is it necessary to register it? How to register it or what are the means to register?

If agreement is not made on stamp paper is it valid? is it necessary to register? How to register it or what are the means to register?

Mental harrassment by parents and family

I am a 34y male central govt. Group d employee. But i have completed M.Sc. Geology. Still trying for related govt. Jobs. We, mother, brother, me suffered a lot of physical as well as mental abuse by my father! Now its only mental abuse. He is 67. He is a manipulative, cunning in inside, tries to make his version a truth by saying to everybody, and thus hide the real truth! We in a way are slaves to him, by not fighting back my mother turned into a repetitive machine of what he says us to do. Now they have setup a marriage and are pushing into the marriage against my will. What could i do?

Civil Suit Originating Summons

Respected sir (s)/madam(s) of this group, I have in my possession a deed of gift which was registered in book 4. For due interpretation of the deed a civil suit originating summons had been initiated. Plaint was admitted and court fees were paid and scrutiny completed. The matter was ordered to appear as a chamber application and subsequently transferred to another honorable judge as a routine changeover. The defendants have asked for extension of time and filed a written statement. Will the matter appear as a chamber application? What will be the next course of action?
