Section 497 of hindu marriage act.

Sir,
My friend had taken a divorce from his wife in 2007 . The causes were ,adultery and mental cruelty .Her wife ran away with paramour 3 times and lived with him in rental houses in different cities and villages. The friend got ex parti divorce because wife was present because she and her paramour were absconded Now it has been 11 years passed for their absconding. As the concerned paramour has ruined my friends family establishing physical relationship with his wife, my friend wants to teach him a lesson by lodging against him a police case.I have read that there is a conviction 5 years jail and fine so there will be no limitation period if the conviction is above 3years . So can he make a police complaint against that paramour after 11 years of his divorce

General power of attorney

A sister unable to move from UP to West Bengal for transferring her undivided share in and
between her father's property in favour of her brothers. she delivered a Registered General
Power of Attorney to her younger brother in full blood relation with the elaborate description of
her shared property with the Power to sell/ convey or gift or manage etc.
now in West Bengal the younger Brother execute one registered Deed of Conveyance in favour
of the brothers of the said sister including himself through that GPA paying full stamp duty and
registration fees.
will this procedure is valid?
Is there anything which is illegal?
some person's opinion is that if the GPA holder was not present as purchaser then it is right. but
the GPA holder cannot sign as seller or Purchaser.?

Reg 506a

My wife didnt want to live with me , so she forced me to vacate the house (rental house) 4 years ago.I refused and wanted to solve the issue before vacating house. We had quarrel, so she filed a case under IPC 506a . i got a bail and left the house as well as city.
Police mentioned some unknown address in the FIR even my name was not mentioned properly. So i didnt receive any summon. also i heard she withdrew the case. So i kept quiet.
But recently i came to know that she didnt withdraw the case.
Also i heard She doesnt want to run the case. She wants to live her life on her own way with out divorce.
i dont have any details (like FIR) about the case. Now how could i approach the case.Hiring a lawyer is enough?
Do i need to appear in person ?. How could i close the case? Also i came to know if some one doesnt appear in the court ,the court would issue NBW notice.
Please advice me on this regard

please advice me.

Property

Respected Sir,
As per my father's WILL I and my sister got equal undivided rights in the 9 acres agricultural land. I have taken Probate of the Will and I am the executor. As per Will my sister does not want to partition the Agriculture land of 9 ares and they have occupied whole of 9 ares and not allowing me to enter my 4.5 acres of land by using rowdies for the last 5 years

As per Court how can I take custody or possession of my share in the land. Till this matter is solved legally, as an executor of this Will can I take possession or custody of entire 9 acres as per law.

What are the additional rights of Executor of the Will. Kindly enlighten us.

Personal gaurantee

I have given my property as mortgage to an individual contractor for a loan of Rs. 4.0 crore. There are others collateral security also against that loan. After one year the bank has released my property after reducing the loan of the person to some extent. Again the bank had renewed the loan with the person. Now after 7 years the bank has charged me as personal guarantor when the person’s loan has became NPA. Is it correct? Please show me the way; I am economically very weak person and that flat is the only place to live with my children and aged in laws.
