Dear Experts, I want to convert my Plot in Dindigul, Tamilnadu into Commercial or Industrial. Present classification is "Mixed Residential".
DTCP Approval was given to this in the year 1968
I am told it is not possible to reclassify plots which have been approved before 1971.
Kindly guide me

Assalam o alaikum learned members of the club, I have a problem to be resolved. A person was a party to a civil suit. he was being represented through a special attorney. during the pendency of the suit, he absconded in a criminal case. the opposite party in the civil suit filed an application that since he had absconded, therefore, he could not pursue his civil suit. the objection was overruled by the trial court. now a civil revision petition under section 115 of the CPC is filed to seek reversal of the order of the trial court. guidance is sought can the attorney constituted before the person absconded, would be valid, what would be the fate of his civil rights etc?

I am writing a will combining my immovable properties in different states and my investments.
My questions are
1. can I register it at the nearest registration office to my present address?
2. Can I probate it in the nearest court to my present address?
3. If there is a property in a metro, is it necessary to probate it in a court there?
4. Who should do the probating - whether myself as the executor or the beneficiariies of the will.
5. What is the probating process?

My son has SBIlife insurance policy for 10 years with 5 years annual premiums. Now it is 6th year and all annual premiums paid. He is an NRI and assigned (absolute assignment) the policies to me and approved by SBI life. I requested SBI life to to link my Bank details, PAN and aadhar with the policies. Since my son is an NRI he has no aadhar card. SBIlife says policicy holder alone can link aadhar and other details. My contention is now that I am absolute owner of the policies they should link my data and they are refusing to do so.
In similar assignment to me of policies of HDFC, they took my data and linked to the assigned policies. What is the legal status ?

I am planning to start an IT Training and Service business in Hyderabad. To comply with the legalities, I would like to register the business as a Sole Proprietorship Company/Firm.

Good morning.
Mandal Revenue Officer (MRO), Hyderabad gave a legal heir certificate for claiming family pension. On the top of Legal Heir Certificate he wrote 'for family pension purpose'. The legal heirs of the deceased are wife and daughter. this was mentioned in that specific legal heir certificate. Will that specific legal heir certificate given for the purpose of family pension is valid for other general purposes also ? Kindly provide your expert opinion.

In a 498A case there r two 161 statements were recorded by 2 different I.Os.. 2nd statement is with high improvements. Charge sheet filed matter is on trial.. Which one has to be considered??? Any citation???
