pl clarify
(i)As per Sec 24 of IT Act, intrest on borrowings for housing repairs are allowed to be deducted as loss from property and allowed to be taken into account by the DDO / employer for TDS .Ifeelintrest on personalloan - and not only int on housing loans - for repairs of self occupied house is allowed by the DDO/ employer. . Pl quote any clarifications given by CBDT/Courts.
(ii) Whether DDO/Employer can demand rent receipts for rents upto Rs 3000/- as allowed by the CBTD Circulars pl clarify. Pl quote any clarifications given by CBDT/Courts.

i have an agricultural land...and i want to sell that and deposit that money in bank as Fixed deposit on my daughter's name.
what taxes i need to pay to the govt if i sell that agricultural land and how much..( i am from andhra pradesh)

I want to sell my grand father property gifted to me by my father.
It is an agricultural land of 5 acres.each acre market price is 5 lakhs...dont know whats the government price for that.
My queries are:
1.if i sell that agricultural land and take cash from that buyer...shall i need to pay any tax to government ....coz i want to fixed deposit that amount in bank.
2.what is capital gain tax...is that applicable to my case
3.my land is 5 acres and each acre is 5 laks ..means total 5x5=25 lacs ...buyer is telling that he will give 10 lacs on DD and rest as cash (black money)....is it ok to accept like that...if so how to manage that money from tax eviction...please guide

DEAR SIR,
I HAVE AROUND 8% OF THE TOTAL EQUITY IN A PUBLIC LIMITED COMPANY. I AM NOT BEING ALLOWED TO ENTER THE PREMISES OF THE FACTORY AND ALSO I HAVE GIVEN A LOAN OF RS 10 LACS TO THE COMPANY.
PLAESE GUIDE ME WHETHER I CAN APPROACH THE COMPANY LAW BOARD OR HOW CAN I GET MY MONEY INVESTED IN SHARES AND LOAN GIVEN BACK

CAN A HUSBAND GIVE A PORTION OF HIS ANCESTRAL IRRIGATIONAL LAND TO HIS WIFE AS MAINTENANCE? HUSBAND IS UNEMPLOYED HAVING NO SOURCE OF INCOME.

respected eperts,
an N.B.W is pending on my husband on dowry probhition act he is still upscanding from last four years, and till date he did not attend the court, the case is stil pendinging in the court, every time for court my in-laws are coming last time the honerabel judge asked my father-in-law about my husband he said that my husband is in u.s.a then honerabel judge asked him to bring him on next time compulsery and the date was given for the month of feb, now my-in-laws are sending so, many mediaters and forcing me to take back the N.B.W and the case,for that iam telling no to everyone, i even suggesting them to bring my husband into picture,the mediaters who are coming in between they are not listioning to me they are forcing me a lot, but iam geting mentally disturbed a lot. they even telling that no court will give me justice.when case is runing in the court can other party can do force like this?if no. the what kind of i can take on them
pls suggest me......

will i get loan
i was adviced by one of the respected lawyers from this site not to sell my land instead take loan on my land...my problem is i am out of job for 6 months due to ill health and fine now...but lost my job...will banks give loan to me on my land(registered on my name) if i dont have job ...please advice
