My question is :My client entered into an agreement of sale with the seller in the year 1993-94 and after that the seller executed an irrevocable power of attorney in favour of my client and the same has been registred in the year 1994-Mar. After this my client was in possession of the said land. But in the year 2001 the seller without the knowledge of my client(intending purchaser)sold the same property to the third part, which has been registered in the year 2001 only. now whether my client can get back the land as he is ready to perform his part. another problem is that this case before coming to me was there with one Senior Advocate who has done a blunnder mistake that before filing this case he has not issued any notice to the seller for the part performance and has filed the case and then issued a public notice admitting that the said property has been sold to the third party and nobody deals with that property.

there is a guy who is hindu and is adopted by muslim now he wanted to marry a hindu garl and he changed his religion to hindu and got married and had a son and a daugter later his wife died and he again converted to muslim and again got married now he again had 3 sons so how we r going to divide his property and his former children will have the same right ?

Whether the teachers / lecturers of a private unaided institutions are eligible for payment of gratuity under payent of gratuity act 1972? If yes, to whom to contact if the institute denies to pay gratuity?
I came to know that the parliament recently amended this act. Is it correct?

in a case u/s 138 NI act, during trial it is proved that- accused had given cheque of his husband's account, i want to join his husband as a accused and turn the case in warrant triable u/s 420, 114 IPC, there is a provision in 221 & 319 , but court require citation on that point ,
i want to turn this case warrant triable and proceed against the accused in same trial .
