Is it mandatory to remmit the PF of every contract labour? suppose one contract labour comes only for two days in month still we have to remmit his PF for 2 days?
He will not join his duties in future.

Can u please upload the Marathi and Hindi extracts of Shop & Esta Act, Gratuity Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Labour Welfare Act, Payment of Wages and Minimum Wages Act since the same needs to be displayed in the premises of our office as per the rules

We as the owner have executed a contract for a Turn Key engineering job with a reputed contractor. Is it necessary that the contract document be registered with the Registering authority? What is the consequence if we decide not to register the document? We would like to understand the legal provisions in this regard .

Service Tax
As regards the amendment to the service tax relating to the deduction of payment from 12% to 10% is concerned, could you please tell me the effective date of the said notification. I have to pay the licence fee for the month of March 2009, should I pay the reduced service tax from March 2009 or is it effective from February 2009.
