I am not agriculurist, even though i want to purchase land, suggest some legally Way for this.wether I can purchase with joint name, who is agriculturist. What should I do for proving that I am agricualturist

To purchase an agricultural land you need not be an agriculturist. To prove that the land is an agriculture land, agricultural activity must be carried on it prior to sale.
You can purchase the land in joint name.
Why should you prove that you are an agriculturist. Where do you reside. In case the land laws in your state require that the agricyulture lands has to be purchased only by an agricultuirist then the relevabnt land act has to be referred.
However, there is no bar on a non agriculurist purchasing an agricultural land

Dear Rathnakar
You should get permission from Government. Then you can buy a land.
Who cultivated by personally he is agriculturist.
You should have to prove that your father was an agriculturist under any revenue documents/ title documents which shows your father name in owners column in respect of the Agl land.
And also have genealogical tree of your family.
I think jointly not possible with out permission from the government.

to purchase the agrl., land u will have to take the permission from the Assistant Commissioner of the concerned Tq. U cannot purchase the jointly

Different States have different provisions on the issue. In Gujarat State, only agriculturist can purchase agriculture land. However, the provision prevailing in other States may kindly be highlighted by other experts. The author may also state clearly the place/state where he would like to purchase the agr.land.

Different States have different provisions on the issue. Contact some local revenue officers for assistance in this regard.
