The ownership of that land is with Land Owner or with Builder? Who is liable to pay wealth tax on that land? Land is urban Land having todays market value of 35 lakhs.

A company wants to shift its employees from Mumbai to Surat.
1. Whether any mandatory allowance needs to be paid.
2. Whether the company can compel the employees to shift, if there is an enabling clause in the appointment letter. Can the company terminate, if certain employees do not agree.

we r living in a house which was intially owned by my father's grandfather.den he left the house in my grandfather's name.my father expired in 1998.den my grandfather died in 2000.we knew he left no will.but suddenly last yr in 2008 my uncle gave us a notice which stated dat my grandfather left the house in his name only.my fathers were 4 brothers n 2 sisters.so is it possible.......4 my uncle 2 throw us out of the house,as now the house is in his name?

I hv made typographic mistake in affidavit which is already on the record of the Hon'ble Court. I hv written in the Affidavit that "all original documents r produced and marked as 3/1 to 3/40" instead of 31/1 to 31/40.( IT SHOUD BE 31/1 TO 31/40)
So from the abovementioned facts Can u tell me that can I submit application to ractify the mistake under Sec. 151 of CPC?
