a son has sent a SPA duly registered from nottary from USA and he is NRI. further, he make a SPA to his father for execution of possession a DDA flat. so query is SPA duly registered from notary need to be attestation from embassy ?

A, B and C brothers were residing in one tenanted house.
Tenancy was in the name of A.
B has released his right from the tenanted house by taking money from brother A and C.
B died leaving behind no legal heirs.
C is the only person residing in the tenanted house.
Now, C is claiming that as the legal heirs of deceased A, B and C has equal right in the Property.
Whether B has any right in the property?

Hi sir we are 2brothers and 4 sisters my mother is holding 2properties on her name my younger brother had registered half property in his name and now my mothers is effected from paralysis and she cannot talk or walk how 2 get the property registered in my name

Hello,
My father is working with ambuja cement Pvt Ltd on Contract basis.As i have seen the statement of Provident fund i have observed that in statement for the month of April-2012 the employer did not deposit the contribution of employer as well as of employee i.e of my father .
For same i have ask the question to PF officer and he has replied as the employer has not credited PF amount for that particular month.
What should be the legal step take ?

Dear sir /madam , My grand mother inherited property from her father. My Grand mother is having 6 children (3 male and 3 Female) .She registered a gift settlement deed in favour of 3 male children , their wives and their progeny few months before death .She did not gave a single peny to 3 daughters. In gift settlement deed my uncles fraudulently(by saying that they are applying for loan) obtained signatures of my mother and one of my aunt in witness section. My mother is a house wife and had no proper education . she just learned signature. My mother had no idea regarding the contents in the gift settlement deed .Now my question is how can my mother claim her right in the property ? is there any way as per sunni muslim law ?.

Sir,
My wife filed a case under ipc 506 . I got bail . My wife is not willing to run a case . Also she is not ready to withdraw the case. She simply ignore it after filing.
How can i close this case without her presence.

Dear Advocates,
We had filed alimony petition for wife and child (permanent) and along with that we had filed a interim applicatoin citing change in circumstances asking court to award interim relief from the opposite party who were declared exparte already by the court due to non appearance of the opposite party. Now the alimony petitoin has been dismissed citing so and so reasons. In the order sheet there is no mention of the interim application which was submitted to the court. The Interim applicatoin was "rejected" without giving any reasons whatsoever. There is no mention of this interim application in the order sheet at all where we had asked interim relief for my sister and her child. We were following up the case on
h t t p : / / ecourts . gov . in and the proceedings were mentioned as:-
Hearing on IA,
Hearing on IA.
Orders on IA.
but now the judge has dismissed the main petition seeking alimony and has gotten deleted the details which were entered onto the court website. The judge when he told that the interim application has been rejected, he did not give the interim application back to us. Can a judge get such details of a IA petitoin filed deleted from
the court website?
In this case what to do whom to complain?
