illegal acquisition of property

Sir
A person illegally occupied My plot and build a house on it under Prime Minister Awas Yojana. When I complain this with police the put sec 144 for some day after that the person again start Its construction work. Please suggest me what to do???

PMAY is implemented by the Gvernment officials.So hurryup and ascertain whether the plot is is safe with you. If construction is made by hook or by crook,it may not be possible to evict.
