Dear sir
i)My daughter had taken her two wheeler (TVS scooty)from Jamshedpur(Jharkhand State) to Nagpur(Maharashtra) with valid NOC from jamshedpur RTO four years back.
ii)She wants to bring back her scooty from Nagpur to Jamshedpur Since she is going to complete the B.Tech course in March 2010
iii)May i request u the formalities to be completed by her for getting the scooter transferred to her home state from maharastra.

My brother is a defaulter in a Credit Card ,he is no more staying at the current address ,however the bank is not accepting this fact and the court has issues an ex-parte order which is on my address..Kindly advice me as how can i safeguard my property as the accused is not staying anymore with me and he neither has anything belonging to his name...i have bills of some items but not for everything in home...I am very depressed,please guide me.riven

Please help me whether Mahadev Koli caste belongs to schedule tribes or special backward classes (SBC)?
Is there any circular / G.R. ?
If yes, from where I can get it ?
I am referring this restricted to Maharashtra. One person having Mahadev Koli ( S.T. ) certificate has obtained service. But now he is unable to get caste varification certificate as someone has told him that he belongs to SBC & not S.T.riven

I had taken a Personal Loan but doe to some unnatural conditions, failed to give EMIs... Banks has filed a case under section 138, they have presented a security cheque into the bank and it was bounced due to insufficient funds...though I have written clearly on the back side of the instrument that it is only for security purpose and not to be presented for payment...somebody told me that there is a Supreme Court ruling that Security cheques cannot be presented for payment and hence does not come under sec 138. Kindly advice as I have a hearing soon.What all remedies I have in this regards as bank is not coming for settlement either.. and I dnt have money to settle as of now..atleast not for next 6 months.Please guide and help me sir as I am jobless at the momentriven

Could you suggest the best management structure for a small IT partnership company ? The no. of employees cannot exceed 15.
Is it legally required, a formal Director board lead by the Chairman/MD and a senior management team managed by CEO ?
What are the legal documents, the company has to prepare to set the management team (MD appointment letter/contract, CEO contract etc... ?
I would really appreciate your time, if you share different thoughts on management structure and its procedure, suitable for small businesses.riven
