Respected sirs, My query is whether house which pays house tax to village panchayat for last 20 years, having electricity connection and PWD water connection. Does it has any legal status? (house is located in Goa)

Hello Sir/Madam,
We have long purchased a house whose survey number falls under waqf board category. But I have a Gazette copy from AP board saying that my survey number doesn't fall under waqf board.
In Govt. stamps land details, it clearly says that some extent of 466 falls under waqf board, but the government is not allowing my file for LRS.
Can someone guide me how should I get the NOC from the waqf board with the reference documents I have?

Mere Papa ka khud kharida uaa makan hai. Usme Papa ki beti rha rahi hai. Lekin ab Papa makan khali karawana chahate hai leking beti mana kar rahi hai. Aur uske bachche bhi use rahate uai 35 saal ho gaye hai aur Papa ne unse kiraye ke paise bhi nahi lete hai Papa abhi jinda hai. To mai ye jahna chahta hu ki is kaish me kya kiya ja sakta hai leegly. Kindly uttar jarur dai.

Sir I assured the party to sell a land for 10 lakhs and I got an advance payment of 50000.But now I'm in a situation not to sell the land and when I repay the advance the party doesn't get cooperated with me.I haven't made any agreement regarding advance payment but I have given the xerox of the land registration. Is there any way for the party to threaten me or do any legal problem regarding the land with that photocopy kindly suggest a way and a solution to get rid of this problem

I�m a land lord . One of my EB connection service name is in the tenenant name. Will it be an issue. I�m trying to change it in my name. Please advise
