I want to know the meaning of this, as i suspect to be the victim of this act.I feel as during last four years someone is trying to washup my brain with my intellegence and insert all dirt in that.I am a CA student, I have been facing this problem from last four years.One more thing is that one guys is harassing me from last four year. The thing is not only he but also i suspect he keeps contact with my friends and neighbour, Isn't this a crimeagainst someone. Can please anyone give me a valuable suggestion on this. one more thing is that are their any prevention measure from govt side for female workers working in small office, which can prevent them form sexual harrashment or any such type of act.Please give me your valuable suggestion, this i have passed through all this, and i want to know the law regarding this which can prevent me in future from all this. I am a working girl want to make a stand in the society.thanking you.

Thank u once again i think i have not put it in right way.
My grandmother had four children My Dad his elder brother and two sister. When she died she had made a will stating distribution of property in 1/4 share to each.Only in case of they sell the flat.
If not they can inlieu they give the money which my grand mother got from his brothers property, which was distributed equally among 5 people including my grandmother of which they the court document which i found.As the Abive said money was also a dispute case of the property of My grandmother younger brother who died with no children & wife who had expired earlier.
Now when my grandmother died she had mentioned in the will the equal share and also stating till my children are staying no one sell the flat.So this was tranferd on my Both aunts name and the nominee was my uncle.When my elder aunt expired who was first on the name and second my other aunt they didnt change the name.After which my father expired in 2007.So then my sister went to change they refused.
Now My other aunt also has expired.
So i am survived by my mom/2Sister/Wifeand son.
Now when i want the name to be change they are giving me all this answers so how do i go about to prove them that what they are saying is incorrect.

I am living in south Mumbai in Redevelop multistoried building. On the time of redevelopment builder done stamp duty & registration for all old tenant & give the promise verbally that I am
Taking care of all building maintenance like( electricity, housekeeping, security water bill etc)
With Property tax till O.C & B.C.C (occupy certificate & Building completion certificate) pass or come From B.M.C or MHADA till nw above mention O.C & B.C.C Certificate not cum or pass from MHADA & BMC.
Now builder is not paid property tax last 5year & asking the old tenant to paid the property tax
So placed tell me what to do.

In the auction on 9/2/2010 for shop No. 13A with Govt price Rs 4.56 Lakhs my final bid for Rs 5.12 Lakhs (with 10 %more being corner) i.e for Rs 5.63Lakhs,has been illegally cancelled for want of a compulsory illegal bid of Rs 7 Lakhs in the open auction.when I protested to the Chairman Improvement Trust Nabha (Sh. Bhupesh Aggarwal)against this disparity and discrimination bidder ,the auction already declared cancelled ,was reopened and then closed the file by entering illegally another bid of Rs 513/- in the name of another person in my place in order to save his skin and then again cancelled by reading a pamphlet that he has powers to cancel any bid. I made representation to Director Local bodies. Kindly guide me what should I do know.I want to challenge the decision of Chairman Improvement Trust Nabha

Dear sirs,
I am aged 23. I completed my Bcom recently and then i joined a firm of CAs. After working for 2 yrs with them i quit the job and started to work independently as Tax consultant after getting certificate as practitioner from dept of Comm taxes. I file monthly returns of a few clients, appear for assessments and maintain books of accounts etc.
These days i am facing a lot of problems in the Tax depts. the clerks who work their are causing unnecessary delay in doing their work such as issuing statutory forms etc. The applications filed by me are not accepted stating technical errors and i have to do the same things thrice unnecessarily.
Morover if they are in a foul mood they scream at me at the top of thier voice in front of all. They have absolutely no mannerisms in their behavior with the dealers or a few consultants like me. However they are good with a few who pay for getting work done.
I have explained these things to there senior officer who i find is not able to control them even now.
I am in no mood to indulge in any corrupt practices whatsover in order to get my work done quickly. we are thought from our college days not to favour corrput practice.
In this situation
1. can i complain under instructions from my client to the Commissioner or to the Lokayukta.
2. Can delay in performing work can be a reason to file complaint with lokayukta.
I did not want to take these extreme steps but i fear that delay caused by these ppl will result in problems for my client to whom i am answerable. Since i am not a established consultant any client lost would make my living difficult.
Hope you ppl will help me out.

Dear Mr Makkad,
I had spoken to the secretary of our society he is saying that my uncle who is the first nominee is the owner now.
Again i am describing the same
The Ownership was on My grandmother she died so according to her will the name got transfered on two anties.
Ms Ganga and second on Ms Dhami and the nominee was my uncle.
So what the secretary say in the event of death of My ms ganga aunty the nominee name is automatically goes ih her place.
When my dad was alive and also my aunt Ms dhami they didnt change the name as saying the nominee my uncle also sign the document. I am really confuse what to do as they are saying he has all the right on the property and society doesnt need to see any will which is family matter. Please advise
