Law in company matters or on a specific field is not prescribed in India rather all law colleges have its courses wherein all prescribed subjects are taught and after obtaining the degree, such advocate can practice in either of the field of his choice. Various universities provide diploma certificates in particular legal field which can be obtained even after obtaining the degree. So first of all obtain LLB Degree from the university of your choice.
