My friend bought a notebook computer from areuted computer company in september 2009...but it had manufacturing defect (the window media player did not open in full mode)...the notebook was replaces in a week on request of my friend......but the second notebook had same defect which was replaced after 7 months in March 2009 .actually my friend had asked for refund but the company siad there would be no refund but the notebook can be replaced according to wish of my friend who now asked fro 240 GB of memory. when my friend was given the third notebook he noticed that the seal of the third notebook was broken so he took thye computer on observation for one week......after one week he wished to return it but the company refused to take it back.......can my friend file a suit under consumer protection act ??????? any citations???

I WANT TO PURCAHSE A OFFICE, THE SAID OFFICE WAS CONSTRUCTED BY A BUILDER NAME X, AND THE SHARE CERTIFICATES WERE ISSUED BY 3 ASSOCIATIONS A B C.
THE PRESENT OWNER OF THE OFFICE, SAYS HE HAS BEEN NOT ISSUED SHARE CERTIFIACTE.
THE THREE ASSOCIATIONS ARE RIGHT NOW NOT AVAILABLE HERE.
WHAT IS THE RIGHT WAY TO BUY THE PROPERTY, AND FIND OUT WHEATER SHARE CERTIFICATES HAVE BEEN ISSUED OR NOT.

2.In all the Three cases their is High risk of Getting AIDS(HIV).Legally these Allegations are very difficult to Prove yet they posses highest Health risk to Other Partners Life, Why does Courts does not consider these parameters suomoto ,when Deciding up the cases u/s Section 9 of HMA for Restitution of Conjugal rights and reconciliation of Divorce cases, the above is True for Both the Partners whether wife or Husband.

I am working for a company which into manufacturing of textile from Karur(TN). One company based in Panipat who is an exporter had placed order with us for textile. As per our agreement they had paid advance of Rs 4,50,000/- against our per-forma invoice of Rs. 19,33,666/-. As per agreement, the goods were to leave my company by 15th Dec, but was delayed by 2 weeks. Now after repeated reminders, the exporter is refusing to pay the balance money and neither he is returning my goods. I have all the proof of delivery of goods. Pls advise how can I get my money from this person. As its first time in my professional carrier that I have faced with such situation so not able to decide how to proceed.

well my dad along with 4 other people bought 1 acre of land. my dad has some part of it registered on his name. he has all the legal documents except for the fact that his name is not there in the mutation. the mutation took place only on other 4 people`s name. can u please suggest me what should we do get our piece of land. suggest an please elaborate your point

Vodafone Essar is collecting Service Tax for the Service tickets (Recharge Coupons and Sim cards)from their distributors. The Service Tax is collected for the margin given to them and also for the margin given to the retailers,that is tax is collected for the maximun - MRP. In spite of this the Service Tax department is issuing notice to the Vodafonr distributors to remitt the service tax on the margin received by them since they are registered as a Business auxillary Unit and Vodafone as a Telecom Unit.Legal view point on this may be intimated since maximum tax was collected by the principals and demand issued again will amounts to double taxation for the same amount.

Well my dad and 4 other partners bought 17732 sq.ft land about 15 years ago. the land is registered in his name itself. Now some other person claims that the above land belongs to him and has got the land registered in his name. the date of his registry is unknown to me so i am unable give the registration details . wat shall we do. do we need2 file a case. what are the prospects in this matter

a person has property inhis name vide awill from his father, a sale deed in which he was purchaser and gift deed by a woman ??? now the person has died intestate survived by 4 children......a son and three daughters...how will the said property be divided ??? after going through Hindu succession act ..i think the property be divided in 4 shares...am i right ?????
