Hello all,
This is about a harassment i m facing for over a year's time.I live in ground floor flat and its my husband's property.Our neighbour on the 1st floor are causing nuisance in the middle of the night starting from 11pm till 3am in the night needless to say about the daytime its even worse.She is a widow and has a daughter who is spastic but creats noise the entire night.She instead of taking care of her locks her up and goes to sleep in a separate bedroom.Problem is that she is never treated, atleast i m living here for the past 9 yrs and ve never seen any doctor attending her for the same.We ve had several meetings with her abt this issue and ve offered full support in what ever way possible but she gives a damn abt the noise caused by them instead she fights if we go to her with the complain.I m fed up of these.Pls help, in what legal way can we approach to resolve the issue.

my uncle is in usa he sent money by western union in my savings account i paid money(full payment by cheue for 5.5 lac)to builder from my savings account & made sale agreement before 6 months ago since building(flat) work is going on now flat is ready builder ask to make sale deed now my query is that in this case can i make sale deed on name of my nri uncle name with the help of his power transfer to me.

i have filed divorce for mutual consent. I am currently having custody of 5 and half years child. She is very happy with me and does not feel like meeting father inspite of me convincing. She is aware of his nature of cruelty and hates him.

or my family i got two sisters they married and stayig with there husbends and my parents as well they staying saperatly
i think for muslims shria law aplicable i dont know about that if any body know please answer my thing

i have bought flat in apartment which possession likely to be come in wihin one month. query is that all flat holder of aparment want to know the easy way out to manage mantainance expense of building.for this we r plan to get 10000/- from each flat holder & put this amount in bank now question is that on whose name w have to open a bank account?
can we make society? or please let me know any other eay way to manage this multi owner funds?

Dear Experts,
I am an Analyst and I joined a firm through an off-campus selection process in Aug 2005. Few months later(in Dec'05/Jan'06), company hired other graduates, similar to me in education qualification, in fact some of them from my own Institute, though through Campus selection. However during my stay (which was for ~3 yrs, till July'08) I came to know that the new hires were paid almost 90% higher than me(pay after probation period is over). I didn't agree with this but kept it to myself, not speaking to HR or any sr. management in the company. I have got frustrated over time and have developed several behavioral problems. While this mental turmoil continued, I left one day in July'08(french leave). After a month(mid Aug'08), I got a call from Operations Manager of the company inquiring about not coming to office. I said I was not well. Again after a month(mid Sep'08), I got a letter from the office stating my termination. I didn't receive any written or informal notice from the company.
Over time my stay there, I haven't been promoted even once. There was no training provided when on probation. The notice period is one month but I haven't asked the co. for one month's pay in lieu of termination without notice. I am quite upset at this time. I don't have company's relieving letter as well.
My preposition is that, what now I can do to claim my point whereas I have left the company around 21 months ago. Is there anything legal I can do? Shd I claim for equal compensation?
I was so much disturbed b'coz of this that I didn't applied to new firms for around a year(only since June'09 I am searching for a job).
Any suggestion will be appreciated. Thanks.

I am defending a case where I bought several appliances from one shop and paid for them. Seller claims to haven sold one more appliance which I never bot. He claims to have delivered to my watchman and shows some signatures on delivery challan to be my watchman. He doesn't have my signatures anywhere, for order or for delivery EXCEPT that he has produced on carbon copy of INSTALLATION CERTIFICATE with my signatures in carbon only. I never signed any such certificate because the appliance was never INSTALLED but I think he must have taken my signatures for INSTALLATION of some other appliance and kept a carbon copy underneath for a different appliance altogether.
He has convinced court for accepting carbon copy as evidence. My problem is, it is falsely showing that the disputed appliance was acknowledged by me, to have been installed in my house.
There must be some way to convince court that at least signature has to be in original and a carbon signatures should not accepted as evidence, because a carbon signature definitely shows that the person whose signatures are shown to court, may have never seen this particular document and may have signed on first copy and there might be difference between the first copy which a person signed, and second carbon copy which is presented to the court.
Pls give me specific legal authority to approach court. My advocate does not have much idea about it.

and he has registered amit as than no body can open ithe firm like amit garment or such that if it is in same feild

One of my clients received notice u/s 221(1) under Income Tax Act on 03/04/2010 with reference to Assessement Year 1990-91 i.e.period of 20 years before.I am handling his file since last 10 years and he has never received any notice for A.Y.90-91.In the opinion of the client there is no unpaid tax liability however he is not having any records for A.Y.90-91.Is there any remedy ?Is there any time limit for issue of such notices?

TRANSFER OF ASSETS BY PVT. LTD. COMPANY
The Board of Directors of a private limited Company want to sell a part of property of the Company registered in the name of the Company. Kindly suggest can they do that by only passing a board meeting resolution or shareholder resolution is required.
