if any firm has registered his name like Amit Fashions
and he has registered amit as than no body can open ithe firm like amit garment or such that if it is in same feild

You are mistaken. Registration of firm do not acquire such right.

i mean to say sir that any body has registrered the name like Levis(R) than no body can open wih same name shop in same feild
