Respected wise people
My grandparents had two sons and two house.
Grandmother died in 2011
My Father died in Aug 2017
Grandfather died in Dec 2017
After 4 month my Father died
Grandfather used to live with my uncle from 2000
He made a registered will that both houses must be given to uncle
The house in which I am living from 2001 also given to uncle.
The House was bought by father but he registered it on name of grandmother
And we were living it since then ,but now my grandfather gave it to my uncle by a registered will.
What can I do?
Can I challenge will.
I am still living in house
Uncle refused to give me the registry of house in which I am living.

i am a member of a co-operative housing society and there are shops under our building. three to four years back a owner of the shop started his business of building material supply. as soon as he started his business, the open space owned by the society was being used by him as godown for stocking his cement, sand, bricks and other stuff. also he does not pay anything more than 500₹ per month for around 4000-5000 sq-ft of land. Moreover due to his activities our health is also being affected( the cement and sand flies through the air into our kitchen indirectly ending up in our food) we are not able to do anything as he has connection with builders and other gang members. What should we do in order to vacate the land ?. Please help...

My husband has filled rcr to prove e is good....but e has done lot off mental abd physical torture to me.i have filed divorce case against him...what will be the benefit of rcr.....

Sir, mai faridabad ke sec 75/76 ke BPL/EWS flats resale per Lena chahta hu. But property Delores bol rage hai ki BPL/ ews ke flats 5 years tak register nahi kiye ja sakte hai or na hi transfer kite ja sakte hai. G.P.A hogior WO bhi u.p.gaziyabad se.aur WO bhi main alloty se nahi.kya future mai alloty ke depends / relative right claim kar sakte hai aur WO sari payment cash hi chahte hai aur kahte hai hum GPA aur will dono bana kar denge jisme ye show ho sake ki last GPA holder be aapse amount liya hai karj per.aur kya main alloty GPA kabhi bhi cancel kar sakta hai, main alloty me kis kid kisko kitni bar GPA ki hai iska record kaise check ho Santa hai.

1. I Hv decree u/s 9 against my wife.
2. Since she did not obey the decree I filed divorce.
3. She filled maintenance case on behalf of my kids.
4 ordered to pay 25000 pm for two sons by the court.
5 in spite of that I have invited huge looses in my business and proved that I am looking for job now the court ordered such huge amount.
I have filed appeal in high court, the date given is 8.1.2019.
Am I supposed to pay 25k pm till the 8.1.2019?

I own a commercial gala in a industrial estate under pagdi system located in Andheri E, Chakala and I have a weighing machine assembly shop for the last 25 years. My business isn�t doing all that well now n so i wanted to start a online food delivery kitchen. I recently have taken a gumastha license and a Fire NOC as well a health license from Mumbai BMC. So i wanted to ask if i can get a separate water line from the BMC without interference of the landlord ? As well as the landlord is not allowing me to start the kitchen. Do I need to take his permission before changing the nature of the business or is it ok to not pay heed to the landlord? The only thing that�s bothering me is that the water connection I have is a sub meter through the main line. So if I get a separate connection I wouldn�t have to depend on the landlord. Will his permission be important in any way for the new water connection and starting the delivery kitchen ?

I am in very tense situation hope you will help me to come out
My grandfather have 3 son including my father. My father and grandfather is no more. My both uncle have good houses and mine was made of mud walls. Since there is no will, both uncle did some jugad and took ownership of there houses. Now my house have 3 names, my father and both uncle. We were living in it but due to poor condition of house it collapse. When we tried to build new one both uncle send notice for partition. We are agree to give there portion if they prove property belongs to them but court have given stay order that we can not construct anything. Since we are homeless now and we have requested court to give atleast give permission to build our portion and we will give any porntion after courts final result still court has denied application. Now we are living in rented house.
I want to know is there any law which can give me permission to construct one room atlist. I heard about PM AWAS YOJANA how much that is true. Is there any article defines, law can not keep homless.
