Sir.. could you please tell us the procedure according to the special marriage act... actually some are saying that marrying second cousin (comes under prohibeted degree as her grandfather and my grandfather are sibilings) is not valid even though you got marriage there is a chance for obligations...sir.. is it valid if any one of us change the religion and get marraige.. r is there any other procedure for that..sir.. we really need it sir.. as i can't let my wife suffering i want to do anything for her..please sir if possible please tell us in detail.. as no one is ready to hear it at all am requesting you this much...please sir don't consider us as that much cheap as i was abused by someone in previous replies i request if u can advice with concern of our situation we will be happy.. but please stop abusing.. we are not like animals if we are like animals we will cheat others.. but we don't want to cheat any one.. we want us together for rest of our lives... Kindly suggest sir.. i will do any thing for her.. is it possible if i go for adoption? Am 30 and she is 24 sir..

Can I buy a property (residential, commercial, farm house/agricultural) in the name of one of the parents but with my (earned) money?
And later have that property transferred/inherited from the parents to me?
By way of Will?
Relinquished by other legal heir after demise of the parent?

I have put 10 years of service in CPF scheme in an Indian Institute of Technology. I am shifting to another institute. Can I get gratuity in case my Technical resignation is not accepted and it is accepted only as normal resignation from service?

Sir... Am from hindu religion.. i want to marry my second cousin.. as her grandfather and my grandfather were sibilings her mother is not ready to accept our relation. I went to her home to ask them obediently they are not ready to listen at all.. as she told the matter to them, and they are blackmailing her that they would commit suicide.. and they are not even letting her to talk with me.. she is so suffering.. i can't see her like that.. i want to give a happy life for her.. if we both get married according to hindu act 1955 it may become prohibited right and marriage will be cancelled later. i don't want to lose her and it to happen.. inorder to avoid further obligations leagally i request you to kindly suggest us the best way to our problem.. please sir.. kindly anyone.. please sir... Am 30 and she is 25

Hello All,
I have a sole proprietorship business running for past 8years. Its a legal registered company and have GST registration also. I have Export Import registered for the same company. I like to transfer this business to my father. How can i legally make a document for submitting it in various departments such as Government of India for GST REG-06, for change of ownership in Bank Current Account and CC Account. Please help me to make legal document which will be need to submitted for various Government departments.

My Dear friends,
In year 2016 only because of your valuable advice I could register family property decree of year 1979. Just one challenge here in the process of execution.
Decree was passed in 1979 for division of 8 blocks of agriculture land and till date that was not executed. Now I have applied in revenue department for execution but I have little fear about rejection from revenue officers on the ground of delay since 1979.
Please help me if they rejected my application then what to do ?
If there is any change in owners of these 8 blocks in middle years after 1979 then for such block what will action taken by revenue officer ?
I have started my legal fight with all of you gentlemen and want to complete it here only. Please help me.

I am living in Hyderabad,Telangana state.My parents got inter religious marriage,my father was a muslim,and my mother is a hindu.Though my father belonged to muslim community he supported to hindu religion apart from muslim religion.he visited to hindu temples,he performed poojas etc..apart from doing namaz.he named me as a hindu god’s name ofcourse my surname is muslim.so as per certificates my religion is muslim as of my father’s religion but from childhood onwards I follow hindu religion I wear rudraksh, I keep tilak on my forehead,I visit to hindu temples I perform poojas etc..even I never eat beef too.one more thing I never get any benefits being a muslim as per certificates.so now my problem is I want to marry a hindu girl,girls’ parents feel that I am a still a muslim legally so if I convert my religion into hindu legally then they have no objection for marriage.Then some one informed me that arya samaj do this conversion process ,so I went there but they asked me to pay some amount of money for conversion process which I cannot bear it because I am a financially backward person.so I have some following doubts please clarify it…
1).is it compulsory arya samaj or other hindu organization certificate to convert into hindu? does it must need?
2).what is the total amount of money required to convert into hindu legally and completely?how much days of time it takes?
3).is it compulsory to change my name for conversion into hindu(because already my name is hindu god’s name(in arya samaj they informed me that I have to change my name in conversion process))?
4).is there any simple and easy procedure to convert into hindu legally?
5).if I changed my name after conversion what will be my name in my academic certificates?
Kindly clarify these doubts clearly as soon as possible.

i am a central govt employee group A gazetted service and left with 04 yeras eight months for service.i requested for a home zone transfer from my employer due to my children education ground and resettlement.i am 50 years old and served the organisation for more than 30 years.my request was turned down and i was posted to a place which is 2400 km from the place i requested.
the transfer has come in between the academic session of my daughter who is in xii std.My request for cancellation of posting also turned down and i have t join in the new place at the end of ocober.
do i have the right to sue my employer as my right for a dignified resettlement is denied
right to education of my child is disturbed the crucial XII std
further there is no policy on our department before retirement and only a provision of request posting exists .However the superannuation policy exists for group B gazetted service and below

The Town and country planing officer has stopped the construction of building by saying that the construction was not according to TCP norms. The complaint was made by someone for this.The TCP officer also abuses the owner at the spot in the presence of many people and stopped the work forcibly even the building was constructing under Gram Panchayat .Now after all confirmations it is found that there was no illegal construction. The notices was served by the officer at the office address of the owner of the land in the presence of all colleagues, although permanent address was also available with the officer.
now the person who have made the complaint has constructed the building adjoining to our space where the TCP has stopped the work . They has not taken any action against him ,. because the construction is legal. But TCP has said our construction illegal that time.
So i want to make a shit on TCP officer for compensation as he has defamed at the spot of building by abusing and also by not serving the notice to my permanent address.

MY FATHER FILED THREE INAM APPEALS AT JOINT COLLECTOR, FOR SET ASIDE THE OCCUPANCY RIGHT CERTIFICATES WHICH RESPONDENTS HAD TAKEN FROM THE REVENUE DIVISIONAL OFFICER, BY FRAUD, AND MISLEADING THE REVENUE OFFICIALS.
AFTER TRAIL THE JOINT COLLECTOR, SET ASIDE THE FRAUDULENT OCCUPANCY RIGHT CERTIFICATES AND ISSUED ORDER TO REVENUE DIVISIONAL OFFICER, REMANDED BACK TO THE REVENUE DIVISIONAL OFFICER, FOR FRESH INQUIRY AND PASS APPROPRIATE ORDER TO GIVE OPPORTUNITY TO ALL THE INTERESTED PARTIES.
REVENUE DIVISIONAL OFFICER, START THE HEARINGS AND KEPT THE CASES FOR RESERVED FOR ORDERS ON 2-JUNE-2018 ITS ALMOST NEARLY 4 MONTHS BUT NO ORDERS WERE ISSUED THE RESPONDENTS ARE MANAGING THE REVENUE DIVISIONAL OFFICER.
WHAT TO DO KNOW SHOULD I FILE THE WRIT IN HIGH COURT OR SHOULD I FILE THE PETITION AT JOINT COLLECTOR,
RESPONDENTS ARE TRYING TO ALIENATE THE SUIT PROPERTY...
SHOULD I REQUEST TO REVENUE DIVISIONAL OFFICER, TO DIRECTED THE SRO NOT TO REGISTER THE SUIT PROPERTY TILL THE DISPOSAL OF CASE.
PLZ GUIDE ME.
