Search Results for :Two Directors of an Indian Private limited Company are foreign nationals. For opening a Company Bank account in India, whether the foreign directors has to come to India and affix their signatures in the account opening forms. The foreigners are not signatories for operating the account. Please guide me.

Good day sir, I want to release share on property owned jointly to my wife.
If sell of property in future, who will deal with LTCG, me or wife?
She has not contributed in payment of flat sum. And I have not claimed IT exemption on income under 80C.
I am seafarer by profession , indian citizen and NRI tax status....and if I sell flat it could attract 20% TDS.
I want to get rid of this issue.
please guide.

My wife is purposely absconding saying that I tortured her. I think she is trying to fleece me she always runs away to her parents house saying I tortured her. She purposely insults me and tries to fleece me of my money now she is absconding without contact I am not sure what her intentions are I think she is trying to do something to me. Can you please tell me what are my options she knows that I have property on my name and trying to snatch it. It is about 10 days sine she has left and is showing weird behavior what are the precautions I need to take to save my hard earned savings which she is trying to fleece. Can I transfer my property to someone else name so that she does not fleece me. She keeps all her activities under cover and is trying to snatch mine. Because of her and her parents I lost my job and I am jobless now. She has told me several times that Indian law is in favor of girls and that I can do nothing about me. She has even me threatened with shock and surprise.

Respected sir/mam,
My father is 64 year old so I would like to apply for senior citizen pension for him.m y father doesn't have a house in delhi thus he doesn't have any proof of staying in delhi from last 5 year apart form them We r living at a relative's house thus we also don't have a rent agreement.
So is there any alternative of 5 year residence document???
Can I apply for pension for him???
If yes,,, Then plz tell me which documents is required or which procedure should I follow???

please explain meaning of �stop one annual increment without cumulative effect�.
1) is it regarding stoppage of increment for only one year and that will be regularized on next year or for whole of life time service.
2) further whether i will be able to get my half salary now which was stopped during suspension period.
please give me the answers of above said queries. thanks

This has reference to a written complaint filed against a law abiding tax paying Indian citizen. The citizen was exposed to a CID inquiry following a written complaint filed by a lawyer on behalf of his Judge friend. the citizen in question ,as the lawyer claimed ,with mail printout evidence had intention of harassment ..on CID inquiry of the citizen, the CID unit people were convinced of no such intention of the said citizen as the person also filed the reply/statement to the Complaint.Query is whether an informal ,personal email be accepted official harassment charge when there is no evidence of text/call/message during the working hours of the Court??
Will the people in power only misuse their authority to harass law abiding citizens??

we are two director in our company, our company is contractor company. we have taken over draft limit (against my property and 2nd director's family property also), his big brother is owner of principal company and his company is also financed from bank. 2nd director of our company is authorised signatory in bank and he divert fund in his partnership company from our company bank account. now i want to know how can i release my property and fund.
waiting for positive reply and best way to correct this.

my wife had filed multiple cases like 498A, 506 in Dec 2015 at Andra pradesh and then i filed a divorce case on jun 2017 in Karnataka where i live, after this she again filed a D V Case in Aug 2017 and an RCR in Dec 2017, and she has not pressed RCR and D V Case in may 2018 but has kept 498A and 506 in pending and i am attending the case at her place. I have told her to come for settlement, now she is telling she is not willing to divorce me and want to join me again, which i am not ready to accept.
My question is if i loose the divorce case which i am contesting, is it compulsory that i should live with wife though i am not willing.....? can the judge or the court force me to take her back....?

Lie/false statement in counter affidavit before court.
Respected Sir/Madam,
I had filed a court case on the demand of regularization of my service (last 15 years now) from contractual service as a lecturer in electrical engineering in a purely state govt. owned diploma engineering college. I was selected thro' a proper and due complete selection process in 2002 and appointed as a contractual lecturer in 2003. Selection process was as follows - Advt. in 1st class newspapers in different languages inviting applications for contractual lecturers - submission of applications along with copies of certificates and marksheets - screening of applications - issue of written interview letters and sent to the incumbents by govt. postal service - original credentials verified & interviewed done by interview board duly constituted - issued appointment letters after getting approval of finance department of Govt. of West Bengal. Now, the director on behalf of the state govt. side has already filed a counter affidavit in the Hon'ble West Bengal Administrative Tribunal (WBAT) strongly claiming that I never appeared before any type of interview board and my claim of interview is false and I should be punished and fined accordingly by the WBAT. But, still I have with me the original interview letter along with original cover/carrying envelope received by me thro' post office of Indian Postal Dept. Sir/Madam, how can I initate fitting reply thro' legal and proper process/battle against the director ? Please do advice me.
