I represent Quadio Devices, an early stage startup in the medical devices domain. Our activities range from R&D, Product design, manufacturing (we will most likely be contracting this activity), distribution and retail of digital hearing aids in India.
I would like to potentially get your expert advice on the regulations and compliance(s) (if any) that exist for a company of our activities specifically about:

Hi, I passed my Be.Com and then L.LB 2nd year in 1997 and left Ahmedabad until now. I want to get my bar card and don't know where to start? Can I do it online or from distance? I am settled out of country but want to finish my law degree and get my advocate license and registration in bar association of Ahmedabad. I am also looking for local lowyer who can help me with this and who practices international law or immigration matter for USA, Canada etc. Please guide me where to start. All I have is my Gujarat University's marksheets showing "pass" for 1st year LLB and 2nd year LLB. I will appreciate your help a lot. Thank you.

What is the Procedure Recommended by Supremecourt to prove Impotency of Male? Male is not able to Satisfy his wife Potentialy - Sexualy which excites him to a lavel of depression and he starts Beating his wife Violently -Crualy.
On taking of Viagra tab etc also,he has proved him hardly successful husband.
Please guide us a safe move.

We have not filed any F I R so far since we were expecting Groom and his Parents to improve but they did not and ultimately groom continued to Beat my Daughter blaiming my daughter unfit for Marital personal life .since groom do not enjoy his personal life because of impotency he gets dipressed and bits my daughter.So far more than Four to five times she is beaten and ultimately I have brought her at my home being a father.

Dear Experts,
My grandfather had some own earned property.After his death that property was divided among his sons, now my father passed away leaving behind a registered will in my favour for that land which he got from my grandfather.We are three brothers and sisters.My queries are:
1.Can my brother or sisters demand share in that property.
2.If, yes than is their anyway out.
3Is that ancestral property for me.
