Procedure to prove Impotency in the court.

What is the Procedure Recommended by Supremecourt to prove Impotency of Male? Male is not able to Satisfy his wife Potentialy - Sexualy which excites him to a lavel of depression and he starts Beating his wife Violently -Crualy.
On taking of Viagra tab etc also,he has proved him hardly successful husband.

Please guide us a safe move.

the patient is to be medically examined and try to get medical certificate . Cruelty is also one of the grounds for divorce for Hindus.

the matter is to be supported by the medical evidence, courts are not competent to conclude whether a person is potent or not unless there is some medical evidence.

There are two grounds available for her to get divorce or other matrimonial relief. One is impotency of the respondent and the other one is cruelty, as he is indulging physical beating. The court does not demand from the petitioner to prove the reason / intention (mens rea)for his cruel behaviour. Your job is only to prove that he has physically beatne. Hence, without going to into nitty, gritty of how to prove these things, file a petition with specific allegations and with complete details (i.e, the dates on which he had beaten her and in whose presence etc.).
