In the first week of march i won a OA regarding my promotion from the Principal bench of CAT.I would like to know if there ia a TIME LIMIT for the Respondents (Govt.& Pvt.party) to get a stay or for filing a appeal. THANK YOU.

7persons with partnership doing cable business with oral agreement invested each Rs.4lacs. no documentary proof. 6persons sold operating system, connectivities without the consent of remaining 1person and consumers to other state corporate network business firm by name ORTEL and threating him to sell or handover the connectivities under his supervision. how a suit can be instituted against the 6 and the purchaser. what could be the legal action against them in jr.civil judge court under which law? urgent

I am undergoing forceful mutual divorce initiated by my wife, I joined her as my in-laws threatened me to make me jobless through fake 498a in-case I won't help in mutual divorce.
My wife is carrying many affairs since our separation and her late night corporate relation over mobile with her colleagues was main reason for divorce situation. Currently she is having affair with one of her married colleague. Both are chatting till morning 3am. Moreover her mobile bills reveal that they are exchanging MMS also.
Before filing mutual divorce petition, I had clearly told her that mutual divorce will proceeded only if she will stop such extra-marital relation (though she can continue it after divorce only), but she is behaving absolutely reverse to it. I just don't want to go ahead with such embarrassing situation. And wish to pull these cheaters into court.
How can I ask mobile operator to save her & his all voice/data/sms records as archived. Can anyone guide me here.
We have no child and have completed 2yrs of marriage and staying separate since last 1yrs.
Please help me. I know, I must ignore her such behavior and get peaceful divorce first for sake of fake 498a. But I'm just unable to live my life. I wish traitor must learn something from cheating acts.

1)i obtained some proof by rti application. 2)for another information i write letter under rti but i received 50% information 50% information not received say 3rd party detail (seva pustskschi nakal) is not permissible .3)i submitted letter 15may2010 & i received official letter on 19 june 2010 by registered post.which are posted in post on 18june2010, what action taken for late information

Title Suit with injunction
Respected Sir,
A neighbor of mine is a veteran criminal and does all kind of illegal activities. To run his illegal activities he regularly pays a fixed sum to the Police and administration. Initially he encroached around 300sqft of my land, we objected and filed a suit u/s 144 and 145 Cr.P.C. as advised by our advocate, but during 144 he constructed, police too failed to stop him. Also aggravated by this suit, he further encroached 300sqft of my land. He is a dare devil criminal who says that “One of our leg always remain in jail.” Due to fear we stopped following the suit, he too stopped following the suit. My advocate says that he cannot be contained by law, u manage him by some other means. Now almost 10yrs have passed, some advocates suggest to go for Title Suit with recovery of possession or u will lose it in adverse possession. We fear that if we file title suit then this time again he may further encroach some portion of my land and will create some problem for us. Police is with him. Also my advocate says that no injunction will be granted since in history of last 30 yrs lower court has never granted any injunction. In this condition what should I do? Plz. Suggest.
