Que.1.Why is that their no time Limit for Filing Section 9 of HMA? Even after 6 years of desertion and having extra marital affairs few spouses taking the advantage of Section9 of HMA just for the sake of Maintenance?
Thus, similar to Divorce Clause Which says that 2 yrs of Desertion would entitles spouse to file for Divorce , Similarly their should be Clause of Filing Within 2 years for Section 9 other wise, it should not be allowed?

We are manufacturers of Packaged Drinking Water situated our Industry at Andhra Pradesh. and we got some reputed brand user agreement Andhra Pradesh Territory (non-exclusive basis) at 2007 April 23 renewal date at 2010 April 22nd. we are waiting for renual. the brand owner simply passing time'like wanted to discuss new terms and conditions' now they are telling simply already agreement lapsed, some others alredy got it. and one more news we got, that is they are given some others, same brand user agreement at 2009 March now only they told me. now what can be posible. we are invested huse amounts in this industry with their specifications. now we are struggling so much. how i can get neual? is there any posiblities. the brand owner cheated me.

I had been rejected by the medical boards of army hospital R&R New delhi in june 2008 on grounds of a deformity called hallux valgus. But now while consulting a doctor, I found that I had no such deformity... It was too mild and WITHIN acceptable norms of the Indian Army. Actually it was 10 degrees and the acceptable range is 0 to 20 degrees. Now I have even acquired information regarding this through RTI application and that too proves my point. Can somethig be done now?? I am 19 years old and will be 19 and a half at the time of next intake. The upper limit of NDA entry is 19 years. Can I be provided with special previlage of upper age relaxation??
If I file a suitable writ petition, will it be accepted and considered??
