I have a soil compactor which i bought from a part for about 6-7 years ago.
I have the sale deed of the machine but the papers are still with the party.
I am facing difficulty in selling off the machine. Please instruct what to do. I have a proper sale deed from the party.

Actually sir I enrolled 2017 myself in ignou for m.com and I have cleared first year and now I am doing b.ed from choudhary Charan Singh university 2018-20
I want to confirm that whether I can give m.com 2019 paper of second year as well as b.ed paper of first year.and both degree will be valid???
It would be of great help for me if you answer this query.

Can 2nd wife with daughter can claim property of demised husband as 1st wife is issue less and 2nd wife is married with 1st wife and families consent.

'X' My younger brother who is handling the rent from the common property is not willing to divide the property among the legal successors ( brothers and sisters). the owner of the property is my father and he is no more. Mother also expired. "X' is owning a house and purchased 2 nd house also. I want my share from the common property owned my father; so also my other brother and sister. How to get the property divided? what is the legal remedy? is it possible to charge conspiracy to grab the property without any valid legal authorization? will complaints against my brother who is a Govt. servant, considered by the Govt. Department authority? kindly advice.
