I was working in a central government department for 6 years. Then i resigned and joined in state government service and served for 24 years. On my superannuation, how to merge the above said two services for my pensionery benefits. Kindly enlighten me with relevant act and rules and also relevant judgements.

My brother is harassing my widow mom, denying to leave the house, house is my fathers name ,not ancestor , he is expired.now mom wan to throw him out of the house but he denies. What should she do? Can police complaint help in this? She is in danger n her age is 70,plz help

I have resigned from my previous organisation without serving any notice period after working there for 4 months. Whereas my contract says that I need to serve 3 months notice. Now my previous employer has sent an email stating that I need to pay in lieu my notice period as stated in my appointment letter.
Is there any legal consequences? Can my previous employer enforce the clause mentioned in the appointment letter and I have to pay the money as mentioned in the email? I dont want the reliving letter or experience letter from that organisation as I have worked there only for 4 months.

2. How will the respondant get the notice in such case as we dont provide hard copy of petition.?
3. WHow wIll we get the hearing date notified?

Original Query already posted:
I have filed an FIR through court direction on my opponents in 420, 506(2), 406. In that 2 are senior citizens. They had
quashed it through Madras High Court without notice to me. I didnt receive any notice for it. I got to know when I enquired
about it to police station.
Update:
Saw the high court order and noticed that quash is given only for A2, A3. And Order mentions clearly NO quash for A1.
With that order, Lower court has ordered to close the case stating no reinvestigate is requested by petitioner and no evidences for it.
Though I had submitted the evidences in the same objection affidavit.
ANyway, Now the lower court order today = close the fir.
High court 2 months back: quash only a2,a3.
I enquired my advocate friends. Little confused. One says I can apply reopen petition in same court. Other says possible only in High / supreme.
Kindly clarify.

Is there any possibility to get the case papers as I have not received the petitions filed by opponents but only the summon.
DOcuments needs: Petitions submitted by opponent party, Orders passed(interim), Connections petitions.

there were 3 brothers A,B, C,.Mortgage deed was entered between A and B in the year 1937, 'A' mortgaged his undivided 1/3 share amongst the property bearing s.no. 743A of nashik, the mortgage mutation entry was entered in the other rights column of the joint family property being s.no. 743A , after partition deed the joint property was divided in between these three brothers and 1/3 portion to each brother was confirmed . The mutation entry on old survey number was shifted to new survey number 743A /1, which is purchased by us in the year 2009, from C. now the legal heir of B creating problem to us and claiming ownership, how the entry be challenge and removed. please guide us we have file application under section 155 of MLRC but no reply.
