Tenancy xrox agreement

I have a Residential Premise.I (landlord) has filed eviction case.
Landlord lost Original agreement and have only XROX.
Teant have no Original agreement or XROX.
Tenant have no rent receipt , he had paid by hand.
Landlord has claim that , tenant has altered Premise.
Tenant agreed and claim that he has altered with Oral Consent.

My question is that , as there is only XROX of agreement.
Court case run on basis on XROX paper ?Will court Consider
XROX like original ?I want to mention that, tenant has claim
some point of XROX agreement is false.

Oral Consent of constructing building by Tenant will be considered
in court ,court will believe on tenant ?

Anti-copy of work

Hi Expert,
Based on my long experience I have created a practical course on a topic. Presently this course is not offered by anyone. As i run the course online I'd like to know whether the course content can be protected from being copied.
Is there any anti-copy law that can protect my course content from being copied and sold by other instructors?

(Have created the course after lot of efforts, hence like to know about protecting the content)

Removed from service

i was removed from service one year before from bank without disqualified from future jobs..so i applied for state job and got selection in clerical job .

my question is during apply for state clerical job there is no need for mentioning past experience or past job..so i left infilled that box..
is it illegal not to mention past job during apply for new job( if not required any kind of experience fornew job)

i m joining my new and police has .given me character certificate

My wife has filed a false 498A case against me and my parents and can also go for alimony claim or claim a part of my property as compensation. I want to know if I can transfer my Flat to my elderly parents as gift? Can my wife still claim a part in the property?
