I am employee of CA firm,i put maternity leave application so my boss told me,this benefit act not applicable on us,just humanity paid 1month salary,now what I do?

Hello Sir,
My husband has performed illegal marriage then I filed complaint under IPC sec 494 where I had some proofs of marriage but those were not certified copies.
Then the Hon'ble court has ordered Police to make the investigation under sec 202.
But now, I have received certified copies of Marriage Registration Certificate of my husband which is attested "Under RTI Act 2005".
In this condition, if I submit the certified copies into the court then my complaint will get registered directly or still the investigation will be done completely.

dear sir.
this is Niranjana who is become victim crpc case. till to date kiosk shows evidence on the screen. but judge had given to opponent lwyr to submit the evidence against me. she get failure to submit it. now judge expressing to go for cross examination her immediately without evidence. is it possible for cross examination. pls provide me good suggestion. can I submit the application to high court regarding this subject.

Hello Experts,
My husband has filed appeal into the District court.
If his appeal of divorce is allowed then ;
1) Can we file revision or any application into the District court again ?
2) Or we will have to directly go into a High Court ?

We are Having 3 Properties in Hyderabad - Telangana, My Father was a Contractor, He was the Elder Son Among 5 brothers. He Purchased 3 Properties in Hyderabad 2 properties in Name of My Grand Father's Name & 1 Property in Name of Younger Brother.
1.) My Fifth Uncle sold 1 Property which was Purchased by my father in my Uncle's Name to a property dealer in year 1991 at a very low Price, We Filed a Case in High Court Hyderabad against my Uncle, Court Passed Order that This is Joint Family Property my Uncle Can't Sell the Property.
Then they went to Supreme Court, their also Same Order Passed.
@ 2015 my fifth Uncle Expired, Now the Property Dealer with the Help of my Uncle's Children Transfer the other 2 Properties which was in my Grand Fathers Name, Showing that they have 1/4 th Share in Property. Is This Possible Legally ?
2.) My Father Expired & 2 Uncles Also Expired without leaving any Legal Documents (Will) Only 1 Uncle is Alive age about 80 above & we are 3, 1 Brother & 2 Sisters, 1 Am Elder Sister, How Much Share can we Claim in Property ?
3.) Can We Claim that this Property Belongs to my Father, As the Same was Purchased by my Father ?
4.) How Can we Transfer the Property in My Name as of Now my 3 rd uncle was Handling all Court Matters, as i am Staying in Other State.
5.) Pl Guide us how can we Legally Transfer the right in our Name.

I am an LLB grad ( no practice, But working as legal advisor in a local firm), orphan, Living alone in my own house, good looking , wealthy, earning handful , divorced ( 6 years ago) , standalone and independent lady.
1. In my divorce proceedings I was heartbroken as it was school days love turned marriage. Yet to go with fate, I faced all legal proceedings.
2. Relatives looked for remarriage and the guy physically misused me and cheated and dropped the marriage. Hence out of frustaton i made an FIR on cheating, breach of trust (4 years ago) through 156(3) and the court proceedings are ongoing.
3. Now my colleague knowing all my above background approached me for marriage and we lived together for 6 months in my own house.I had spent a lot for him. He never used his money. And Misused me several times and later left me and went.
Q1. Since my no.2 FIR is already in progress with court proceedings, can I file another complaint in this 3rd guy? Will court accept it ?
Q2. SInce he is aware of my ongoing court proceedings, if he gets a chance in counter, he may state that. So proactively I am planning to mention about my previous cases (divorce , FIR ongoing one) in my new complaint to court. That is fine or will create any blockers for me to proceed with legal proceedings?
I have no plans to visit police station, I am fed up of my previous 2 unfruitful experiences with them. SO directly wanted to go to court with private complaint, so he can receive summon.
Q3. On what basis I have to file the complaint. I am confused if I again the same cheating, breach of trust? One extra here is he looted many money from me. But I am confused on what basis I should initiate the complaint
Totally frustated I am. He knows my entire background. Yet played with my feelings and spoiled my life again.I want to take him to court for my justice. Hon'ble seniors kindly suggest me.

I WANT TO BUY A PROPERTY WHICH IS IN PAGDI SYSTEM.
IF FOR EXAMPLE THE OLD TENANT IS ASKING FOR 70 LACS NET AMOUNT FOR HIS HOUSE, HOW MUCH MONEY OR PERCENTAGE OF MONEY A LANDLORD CAN ASK FOR.

CAT Gave a positive judgement in favor of candidates on March 2018 to conduct interviews. later UPSC filed Review petition in June 2018 and it dismissed on November 2018. Now still UPSC is not following the order and not conducting interviews... what to do?

I am residing in the residential building in my property which is adjacent to some shop rooms. The owners of the shop room is constructing first floor violating building rules. Can I file an injunction suit against them without arraying the concerned panchayat.
