A state case is 18 yrs old and now for hearing .Most of the witnesses are dead and io/mo are not traceable. One of the prosecution witness is rejected by pp saying he is having same surname of the accused (myself).My query is whether the same witness can be taken as defense witness by me because he is eyewitness.he is not related to me neither he is from my caste.pl advise

My query is-
Iam going to buy a Piece of land (1 Acre land in uttrakhand). The land was owned by a SC and 10 years back it was sold to a General cast- Now I am (a general caste) want to purchase the land.
If I buy the land- in coming time can I apply for sec 143 of the land or there will be any complications.
Kindly advise.

My father take Gpa of some industrial plot on mother name in 1994 and do sale agreement of full and final payment with seller on his name of vacant plot in 1994 after that he construct the plot .electricity meter all on his name we have the possession ,this gpa and agreement to sell is notary ATTESTED in Canada in 1994 , but after that we donot attested or register it in Indiaas we Donotknow this ,but my father submit the copy Gap in the office in 1994.now we want to sell this property ,PLEASE help us to do this

Dear Sir,
Is there any law pertaining to work on National Holidays i. e. on January 26, August 15, and October 2 for the employees working in autonomous bodies such as IIMs.
If yes, then what is it and from where can I find it. If the HR policy of the IIM does not mentions any kind of rule regarding the same, will the law superseeds it??
The case is "Conduct of Examination on January 26,2019"

I shwetanshu , technically resigned after 10 yrs service from Indian railway for Bihar govt. Service in higher grade pay,But lower basic pay than Indian railway. Can I get pay protection in Bihar govt..

Hi All,
I am one of the victim of fraud case against an company. The FIR is files by third person mentioning me as one of the Victim. The FIR is filed but changesheet is yet to be submitted. I wanted to travel abroad for Long duration for work purpose.
Can i travel abroad ?
Do i need to submit any application before travelling abroad ?

Dear Experts,
One of my tenant whome we evicted last week has lodge a false FIR again me, my wife & my parents in local police station under influence with District Magistrate. Now me & my family is looking or bail before arrest. The charges are under IPC 452, 454, 380, 427, 504, 506, 38 & Atrocity. How soon can I get the bail & if it is rejected by session court judge how much time it will take to take bail from High Court.
Please help.

Hello everyone...
My uncle is convicted under a bank default case which was linked to a warehouse scam....he is under prison now.
He has already cleared the dues as directed by the high court judge. The problem is that judge under which his case is constantly on leave and our bail application is not getting listed even when he is in office.
Is it possible to shift the case to a different judge or bench is there a way

How good to buy a property under Pagadi in Mumbai.
Though I am prepared for outright purchase;
the said property owner/existing tenant prefers only Pagadi
Will I go for Pagadi or wait for other property for outright purchase.

Kindly guide me regarding the following issue:
The drawer of a dishonoured cheque issued fresh cheques for making payment for dishonoured cheques upon receipt of demand notice from the payee and also sent a reply clearly stating that he has attached fresh cheques with the reply for payment of dishonoured cheques. But the payee of the cheque did not deposit the fresh cheques in the bank and filed a complaint u/s 138 so as to pressurize the drawer and extract entire outstanding dues from him under the pretext of settlement. He has not produced before the Court the reply sent by the drawer as evidence. What should we do in such a case? Please provide relevant citations also. Thanks in advance.
