I am an ex officer of a bank retired about 3 years back and continued to be the gereral secretary of the trade union. I am willing to resign by sending resigantion letter to the President. What is the provisons under Trade Union Act, 1926 in the situation like this

Respected Sir,
We have recruited certain persons who are not under the payroll of the company on temporary basis. During their temporary period they are not interested to deduct any amount viz,. P.F., ESI, P.Tax, etc. They want their full amount. I would like to know and request to your goodself what is the head of accounts to disburse their amount on monthly basis without effecting any statutory obligation from our part

Hi Due to some bad investment I an unable to pay personal loan EMIS- taken from NBFC and Banks, the montly outgoing EMI s are 2lakh and above but my monthly salary is 1 lakh working in IT firm Any how I was managed last 6 months but this month onward I am unable to pay and the collection agencies as well banks calling and abusing, I want to pay but need time to pay these amounts, please help

Iam from Karnataka.....
My Father has Registered his property of Self Earned (Sale Deed of Purchased) to me in the form of Gift Deed some 3 yrs ago.This Registration was done by my Lawyer's help and procedurely. The Khata, Khata Extract, Encumbrance Certificate is done in my name, Property Tax is up to date. Some 1.5 yrs back he passed away. Till 1 yr before passing away i have taken care him in all aspects when he was bedridden till his Death and last rites.Even a Bank's team of Legal Advisors have cleared the Legal Opinion for the Secured Loan i have applied and iam ready to recieve the Loan
My doubt is will my only Sister can have any claim on my property and can she file any case.My Mother too has passed away 20 yrs ago.I have only this Property no other source. Please clear my doubt.

Could you clarify the following
According Hindu Succession (Tamil Nadu Amendment) Act, 1989
If Mr.Sundaram acquired some property by his own earning & some peoperty through inheritance and he died in 1995 without making any written will or partitition and he has 2 daughters & 2 sons but he orally made arrangesments to the sons and handedover the titledeeds to the sons.
1.Whether both daughters got married before 1989 shall have the equal rights of her father's property ?
2.If there was some debt/loan regarding property & also daughters marriage and the same has been settled by the his eldest son can claim any additional share of property or can recover the loan amount with Interest from other legal heirs?
3.Whether sons can claim the ownership(without giving to the daughters of sundaram) based on partition made orally and enjoyment, and also payment of taxes on property in the their names?

hi all, i got married around one year back according to muslim sunni culture. My wife left me around 5 months back. I sent her a legal notice for mutual divorce. She has complianed about me and my family in police station alleging domestic violence. She is also threatening to add dowry harrasment against us. Still the complaint has not turned to FIR. She is showing some pics of her with injury marks to police. She clearly told she is not willing to give divorce. She tells she wants to come back. but i want divorce. can you please help me? wht will be the impact of the complaint along with pictures. But i have not beaten her anytime. how can i protect my family. plz help.

My father and my Uncle having a unregistered partnership firm with 50-50 share ratio.The partnership firm was build on my father's Land(registered on my fathers name).Due to several non-cooperation from my uncle ,last year the partnership firm was closed. My father already given one written notice for dissolution and liquidate the asset(machinery) of the firm(for creditors and rest will be distributed among partners).After the notice my uncle asking the land to be considered as firm's property as the firm was established on the land.
Kindly let me know what are the legal steps need to be taken.
Shall my father issue an objection notice to municipality for land encroachment?

SIR OUR HOUSING SOCIETY IN PANVEL RAIGAD DISRICT WAS FORMED IN THE YEAR DECEMBER 2016 BY THE DEVELOPER. HOWEVER UNTILL 2 YEARS THE SECRETARY DID NOT CALL FOR AGM. AFTER LOT OF DELIBERATION HE CALLED FOR AGM. HE DID NOT ISSUE ANY CIRCULAR BUT SENT A MESSAGE ON WHATSAPP. THERE WAS NO AGENDA N MEETIG WAS HELD ALONG WITH THEIR OW GROUP WITHOUT ANY COCLUSIVE DISCUSSION. THE MEMBERS WERE NOT GIVEN ANY DOCS SUCH AS AGENDA, ACTS, AUDIT REPORT, PREVIOUS YEAR AGM MEETING COPY SUCH AS. ONE OF THEIR OWN MANAGED AUDITOR WAS PRESENT FOR THE MEETING WHO GAVE ALL WRONG INFO TO THE MEMBERS THAT IF THE MATER IS TAKEN TO COURT OR REGISTRAR THEN NOBODY WOULD BE ABLE TO SELL OR PURCHASE THE FLAT. THERE IS LOT OF ILLEGALITIES IN THE SOCY ACTS AD EXPENSES. HE CHAIRMAN HAS PENT 50000 AND HE SAYS HE DOESNT HAVE ANY BILLS OR VOUCHERS. ******WHEN I INFORMED THE SECRETARY THAT IS COMPULSORY TO GIVE A COPY OF THE DOCS TO EACH MEMBER HE JUST IGNORED IT. NOW AFTER A MONTH OR SO ONCE AGAIN I REQUESTED HIM. HE SAID HE DOESNT HAVE . THEN HS SAID HE WILL GIVE IT ONE OF THE MEMBERS. THE NEXT DAY I ASKED HIM ABOUT THE DOCS HE BECAME VIOLENT AND STARTED HUMILIATING ME AND USED UNCIVILIED AND THREAENING AND RESENTING LANGUAGE WHILE SCREAMING AT THE TOP OF HIS VOI8CE. HE WARNED ME THAT HENCE FORTH I SHOULD NOT CALL HIM NOR MESSAGE HIM. THEY HAVE A GROUP OF 10 YOUNGSTERES WHO ARE WORKING FOR HPCL SO THEY ARE SUPPORTING HIM AND NOT RAISING ANY OBJECTIONS OR QUESTIONS AGAINST HIM. THEY ARE ALWAYS SUPPORTING HIM. ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY NIGHT THEY HAVE A DRINK PARTY EITHER ON THE TERRACE OR IN THE WATCHMAN ROOM. PLEASE ADVICE WHICH IS THE PROPER AGENCY I SHOULD APPROACH FOR RELIEF FOR ALL THESE HARRASSMENT AND MENTAL TORTURE.

Bail canceled in case of 498a by lower court
Dear Sir,
Kindly suggest that my bail is canceled by the lower court in case of 498A. Reason was mentioned that not paying outstanding amount of maintenance as fixed by family court.
i am paying regularly of Rs 10000/- as per ex party order of family court as well as order of the patna high court in bail order. Some of the amount was outstanding about Rs 2lacs prior to the order of high court. i appeared before the lower court and requested to the Magistrate to kindly note that my previous job was lost by the conduct of wife and i am earning very small amount and also suffering from illness as per prescription of doctor although i am paying the regular payment per month as per ex party order of family court as well as order of Patna high court. But, the lower court set aside my bail and order to issue NBW .The next date is fixed on 4th January,2019. it is to be noted that my bail is canceled by the charge court because original court is vacant till now.
my question is that to take your kind suggestion :-
1. can Lower court give this Oder of bail cancellation as the charge is already framed in 498A and summon was issued to witness of wife side for appearance in view of speedy trail as all the accused is participating to cooperate with proceeding without any fail ?
2. Bail is a way of recovery of money? in such cases the order of lower court is unfair or not ?
3. Can charge court issue such order ?
4. i am fulfilling two condition till now paying 800/- pm as per interim order of high court as well as final order for payment of Rs 10000/- pm as per ex party order of family court but wife side is not withdrawing the amount deposited of Rs 800pm which is now in excess of Rs 40000/-. what is indicating from wife side ?
4. how can i fight against the bail cancellation order ?
5. can i file appeal before the high court or session court ? my lower is saying to before the High court .
kindly suggest what to do in the above situation ?
