Actually x married y on 2017 Feb, when baby girl was born, from that time onwards mental harassment was started to 'x' from y and his parents, because of that x went to her parent's home in the month of August, 2018 ,now x wants to continue her married life with 'y' but y wants to give divorce to her, but she couldn't ready to agree with that .What shall x has to do to go y house immediately to continue her life .

X shall say to her husband that she is going to file DV case against him and his parents. If they come to talk amicably, first talk with them and if it is fruitful Ok. Otherwise file a complaint against him by approaching a senior Advocate having well knowledge in this type of cases.
