my friend bindu has executed promisory note of rs 1000000 in year 2010 as she borrowed from ram who was her employer and he forbeared to sue her till 3 years . one of our friend lahari was her surety . ram is threatening to sue her as though debtor is discharged not the surety . if ram sues lahari can lahari can claim back that amt along with interest from bindu can lahari can be indemnified.

My previous lawyer does not respond well. Most of the times he leaves me with a lot of stress.
Does not respond to simple queries also, like what is the relevance of such & such section, so that I am aware before the next hearing.
Many a times he gets into fights with me which leaves me very stressed up.
I am not satisfied with his services also. There is hardly any communication.
I want to change him without getting into the NOC / termination clause. While continuing in the case.
What is the process of continuing the case & modifying (not refreshing) responses & applications. Or without the need of filing fresh applications.

hello
i was working in a company but at a sudden due to health issue i stop going to office and came home and i informed the TL but after my salary is credited and i realise that it may be my last month payment when i worked there but its 3 months and my salary is credited to my account why should i tell the company in case of some legal action

We have paid to our workers over time on hourly basis
over time include basic wages, & other allowance.
Can on over time payment P.F.attract.
If yes , which section rules or any other advance ruling or any court verdict

Dear Experts ,
My basic pay is Rs.65,000 but company is deducting only Rs. 1800 per month as PF.
I have salary slips with me. By law company has to deduct 12% of Basic employee + 12% employer share as per my knowledge.
Also company is deducting deferred amount near about Rs. 30000 every month.
I have resigned from the company , I want my balance PF amount employer share should be credited to my PF account as per my current basic.
My Question are :
1. Are company is liable to pay deferred amount at time of full and final settlement ?
2. By what means / channels I can claim by employer share of PF ?

the owner of garuda flats gave general power of attorney to srikanth and srikanth entered into agreement to sell with my friend kavita in august 2018 and kavita paid him rs 1500000 in advance where actual flat worth is 90 lakhs later in November 2018 srikanth registered the property in some radhas name as he got better offer where radha is said to have paid 1cr . now radha is claiming she is a bonafide purchaser and is not aware of agreement made with kavita . can kavita can claim property registeration in her name as she was first one to enter and she was willing to rest 75 lakhs but radhas contention is kavita is only entitled to compensation . can kavita get the registeration of radha cancelled as she says buyer had to examine the property radha had not done . but radha says srikanth only told her it was new one .
