Respected Sir/ madam,
I would like to know whether can I file a complaint against the petitioner who filled fir against me.now I have been proven as innocent.the complaint is about dat I hv scolded her with bad obscene words.but it was false.so now I want to file a complaint against her.is it possible??

Regarding filing case against the petitioner

You can file private complaint in the m.m court under section 500 ,501,of ipc
You may file a civil suit also claiming compensation for defamation

Issue a legal notice for defaming your repute and you can file a defamation suit for damages.

It would be wise not to follow above advices and leave the matter as resolved unless you want to feed some crooked advocate for another 10 years without any result eventually.
