Hello Sir, 19 years ago I bought a house from someone on the housing board. But his installment was due to which I bought that house on bond. For some reason, we could not install the installment for so many years, but now if we pay the installment, can that house be directly in my name or will it be in the name of the person from whom we bought it.

In a property transfer case the notary attested 10 affidavits and indemnity bonds pre-signed by the Lrs, but all the documents don't bear the notarial register no. and the notarial register has no records of the said attested documents and the property gets tranferred. Can any one of the Lr's claim that the documents attested by the Notary are false and not maintainable as he never signed the documents in the presence of Notary. Moreover the Notary himself in court during his chief-examination, admitted that he sometimes makes an entry in his notarial register and sometimes not, as per his discreation. Can any criminal complaint be lodged against the notary?

Respected Madam/Sir,
My forefathers (Paternal) property acquired by business 43.97 Acres in Odissa. The land was agreed to sell to another person in the year 1979. As we are belonging to ST by caste, the land was not sold to agreed person as they are belonging to Brahmin community. Whereas, the land given on lease to them, instead of sale . Now their claim is we are not belonging to ST. Hence, they have applied in the office of Land commissioner that in the ROR Patta my caste to be changed as BC. Land commissioner issued a notice to us, in reply to which we have asked time to produce our caste documents. Land commissioner not given time and closed the case stating that in ROR Patta caste name wrongly entered during 1960. Now we have the proof of document from Hon'ble Muncif court that my grand father belonging to ST.
Kindly help me in the above matter.

Respected Madam/Sir,
In my office premises one of the fellow employee sexually harassed one women employee during December 2018, she had filed the complaint at Personnel Office. As i am the personnel officer, I have received the complaint and forwarded to higher authorities. Whereas, he was asked me that not to forward the complaint to higher authorities. Since then the fellow employee developed grudge on me and always scolded me and my parents. On 18.02.2019 he provoked me and used filthy language. In the process I went towards him to ask him to stop abusing, he enraged and caught my neck, immediately i pushed him a side, unexpectedly he fell down on the window edge. His head got injured 3 stitches done by doctor. Now he filed private complaint through an advocate, stating that murder attempt made by me. The entire episode was recorded in the companies CC TV. Now police issued notice under 41A. Kindly suggest, how to come out from the situation.
