Dear Experts,
First of all, sorry for duplicate post and previous was posted by selecting Anonymous option by mistake.
I would like to know the procedure to get the details from Hon Gujarat HC.
When Gandhinagar city established, government allotted residential plots to farmer because farmer's agriculture land was acquired by govt. It's called Plots to ASARGRAST.
Also few plots were allotted to govt employee and MLAs/MPs. In year 2011, Gujarat high court banned selling of residential plots and houses of govt employee and MLAs/MPs but there is nothing mentioned about Farmers. They have mentioned that "Plots which are allotted to these people on concessional rate."
Problem now is hon. HC has not mentioned anything related to Farmer's plot but now Govt officers are not giving BU permission and also not allowing to sell the house. They are not adding family members in the property ownership (VARSAI) Other side rich people are going court and getting sell order so selling property
Is there any way to get the court case details ? How do I know that selling is really banned on residential plots given to Farmers ? Can I get this case details on based on RTI? Your help is really required. I am unable to get BU permission from Govt. Corrupt officers are making money and we poor people suffer lots.
- Other Fact is in SANAD of plot, got has mentioned that in 2 years farmer had to construct the house. Which was really near impossible for many farmers during 1980 - 1990. Land was acquired by govt in low price and then construct the house with no money.
- How to get added my family members name in the Plots (Why varsai is also restricted?)
- Why govt is not giving BU permission to plot owner ?

Declaration suit with further relief of cancellation.
My father (Muslim ) executed a will for more than 1/3 of the property that he left, for fulfilling his religious rights..
in favor of one of the legal heir-B.
Period of execution and registration 1982.
Father expired on the year 1986.
B did not obtain consents for the will from the other co-sharers.
B stayed outside India (Overseas) for a long time and returned permanently by this year 2019.
I sent a notice to B, towards the will to be inoperative by this year( when he was physically present here)
I want to file a suit for declaring such a will was null & void, invalid and inoperative, consequently to cancel the registration of the will.
Does Law of Limitation applicable?

In a case of 498A, the complainant has to produce mobile calls and e-mails as evidence but Section 65(B) of Indian Evidence Act says that electronic records needs to be certified by a person occupying a responsible official position for being admissible as evidence in any court proceedings.
1) Please give expert advice as to which persons are considered occupying a responsible official position for this purpose.
2) Will a gazetted officer be covered under this clause?
3) Will Affidavit of the Complainant about genuineness of the records serve the purpose?

My father(as buyer) has entered into a sale agreement with say X for an immovable property in the year 2000 with a condition that the tenant in the said premises to be vacated by X. The sale agreement was registered in the Registration Office. My father died in 2013. Before his death, he has made over the agreement in my favour. The X has also died in 2014. Regarding report of handwriting expert
there are two handwriting reports in the case . first was done by private handwriting expert by complainant and second one done by police under investigation order by magistrate on the basis of complaint. both report are saying signature is different on document and actual signature of complainant . we are for accused side . they have only this ground to plead . the case is at the stage of framing of charge. can we demand now private expert report from ourside. how can court charged accused on the basis of handwrting expert report which is weak in nature and corrobarative. all other things are in my client favour like complainant admit in his statement he took the money but he his saying he took the money to supply the water to the field of accused. there are various things. he made the complaint for register a case under section 420 ,465,467 and 471 of IPC. this case is from madhya pradesh . according to state amendment 465 467 471 is session trial. we want accused should be discharged under 465,467and 471 so the matter can goes to magistrate court which will be easy. even my client is having ex parte decree in his favour which is till now does not set aside. please suggest some remedy.
