Have always thought my husband is cheating on me via WhatsApp which I have always been on his WhatsApp just to catch him red handed yet I didn’t see any trace of him cheating until I came in contact with hackxtechn (at) Gm Ail C Om after the phone hack this hacker did for me I found out that my husband has numerous girlfriends on his snap chat and communicates with them often I was also able to check his deleted text messages and what I saw there was heart breaking. hackxtechn (at) Gm Ail C Om, am grateful for this powerful results thank you.

Respected Sir,
I have recently visited in the Office of MC Office at Haryana Distt. and requested the official for add the name in birth certificate i.e. 1989 and show the copy of birth Certificate issued by the respective office but the MC official has intimated that from the year 1989 to 1990 the official record has burnt and the record is not available. I have requested time and again that if the record is not available, why this information is not circulated in the newspaper or website of MC Office so that the consumers know about that. But the officer did avoid my request and asked me to go.
After some days, I have met with an Agent and requested for the availability of add name in birth Certificate, he has assured me that the Birth & Registrar will issue the same, do not worry.
It is very strange that how can an Agent issue Birth Certificate with name after knowing that all the record of the above said year has been burnt. Actually, every MC Office did not want to locate the old record and pretend the public that the official record has burnt. After some days the same official will issue the document of burnt year official record.
What can I do in this matter.
Pls advise me how can tackle this problem and what necessary action be taken against these corrupt officer/official of MC Office so that the public may will facilitate the best service.

Sir I have enrolled as in state bar council, there was a case related to 498A against me and parents hon'ble high court quashed fir against my parents , ( quashing filed only for parents) before I got enrollment there was no case against me wife became hostile witness and case was closed, and there was no any ongoing case, regarding same 1 day before I have sent mail to bci mail id. No reply will this be a problem for me

My friend met with trespass and thereby unlawful possession,phsical attack,damgeto bike etc. Police responded to 100 and arrived crime scene. Collected. evidences and did enquiry. Asked to come next day for complaint submission. But called him for continuous 10 ddays. He went to DsP,so and finally to DIG. After that FIR was registered with 45 days delay. Mainly Any legal remedy for this? The inspector to be taken into task
Now charge sheet filed for the crimes. Doubting that prosecution will collude with accused.

I want to apply for EWS certificate and I fulfill two requirements legally. my father's annual income is less than 8 lakh per annum and our residential area is less than 1000 square feet too. now my grandfather has agricultural land registered on his name which is about 20 bigha (in Gujarat). it's about 9-12 acres according to some online sources. My grandfather has three sons now, all have separate house registered on their own name. my grandfather neither wants to add their son's name as descendants of his agricultural land nor he is dividing it between them. should I mention that my father has agricultural land while obtaining EWS? or should I apply for EWS with information that my father does not have agricultural land at all. I want to appear for exams like CAPF(AC) , UPSC CDS , CSE, SSC CPO. If I get EWS without mentioning about this agricultural land and If I get selected in any of these exams by EWS category. will it affect my candidature or will it affect me after getting job in longer term? should I apply for EWS or it can put me in legal trouble ?

2018 saw the filing of a domestic violence complaint involving my brother-in-law, mother-in-law, and father-in-law. My wife, who has been living in Mumbai for the past 33 years after our marriage, was also included in the case. Example: Mother-in-law passed away and filed a death certificate; wife was not served and the official record was submitted for deletion. Bhadra Court case in Ahmedabad. Case dismissed after ten years with a five thousand bucks monthly penalty. The judgment was not uploaded on time. She continues to live at the house I moved into after my mother passed away. She has lived alone with three girls for the past 15–16 years. Currently, just 1 married out of 2. Q. Should we file an appeal in session court instead of the high court? If so, are there any fees involved? Q. Should we submit an appeal in session court or in the high court, and are there any fees associated with doing so? Can a judge impose a fee on someone who has been executed (blind law - but we suffer)? Who can defend my blind case for me? I need help from top specialists in my field who genuinely want to challenge this law and pursue justice.

Sir, My father 10 years serviced in mechanized infantry regiment in army , but he is removed from his services as a deserter ,due to cause of OSL( over staying leave), he and his family are eligible for canteen card facilities or not sir? According to army order 32/84

On July 7, 2024, I got married. From the beginning, we have misunderstandings because of marriage arrangements. After marriage, he has not shown love and affection to me. He spoke rudely with me. After 5 days of marriage, he told me that I was not fit for us. After one week, his brother scolded him because he treated me without respect and he asked me to separate. After that, our family asked for marriage registration, but he said that he had a lot of work so not able to register for marriage now. But our family asked one more time about registration. So he got angered and one day he cut his hand with a blade because he told me that he lost his job. It became a family problem. After one month he went to Abu Dhabi, he was not ready to speak with me and avoided me finally, he was not ready to leave me and asking separation and it was a big problem for both family side. He does not allow me to stay in his home. Not even give a single rupee for my survival and blackmailing if anyone is convinced that he will commit suicide. Still, now he has not yet answered my phone calls and messages. He hurts me a lot. What can I do? I am in full depression.
