how can i do Law

Dear All,
Plz. Guide me that how and from where I can qualify a Law course and which University or College is best for ?
I am a Graduate from D.U.
My res. is in Faridabad ( Haryana)
And also tell me that after Passing the Law course, will I be able to do Practice in various field like crminal or civil proceedings?
At which lable I will be able to be present.
Like Supreme court, state court or any other?
And what the authority will be for me to present against any court?

Validity of Registration of a Specific POwer of Attorney

Can a Managing Trustee of a Charitable Institution delegate his power to an employee to execute a Leave and Licence agreement at another town. If so, then is the Specific Power of Attorney required to be registered or is it okay if the concerned person's photo and thumb impression okay and then notarised.?

punjab courts act 1884

sir pls provide me a share file relating to punjab courts act 1884 or relating to judicial exam in haryana ,which is going to be held on 16 Nov. 2008.

written statement filed after 90 days in civil suit C.P.C.

in one case in gujarat the diffedent were served notices they didnt filed their reply also didnt attended through their lawyer,judge passed exparte order against them.on next hearing defendats filed application for by parte the case.with reason that defendant were busy in marriage.
judge passes byparte order without any cost.
then on d.e. stage they didnt attended also not filed their written statements. case on stage of issue of frames after more than 90 days on objection of plaintiff judge passed order against plaintiff and accepted written statment at cost of 250/- only.
there is no provision in c.p.c. for that.
what to do.?

adverse possession on government land for agriculuture

sir,
i am in possession of agricultural land which belongs to me in 1960 and government records were change by law i didnt plough that land for 3 yrs. the 7/12 extract is on government name but i m still in possession and farming on the land every year.
haw can i get records on my name as adverse possession?
what are the evidence is required to claim adverse possession?
is there any judgements of the same cases is available?
please reply soon.
