Hi Experts,
I hv a case in which the complainant's son had illicit relation with the wife and mother of the accused applicants (one is husband and another her son. the complainant said several time to his son to stop the nefarious act but his son did not listen the complainant (It is also mentioned in the FIR). on 17/10/08 at 11:00PM, the deceased went to the house of the accused applicants and at that time the applicants came there from Bangalore and seeing the deceased and his wife/mother in objectionable condition; they became angry and started abusing and beating the complainant's son with danda and bricks.Further after giving first aid in the house of the complainant, they were ready to go to the Hospital with the assistance of gram pradhan and in the meantime his son died at 4:00AM in the morning. the FIR has been lodged on the next day i. e. 18/10/08 at 8:30AM. Kindly assist me what argument i have placed before the court and if any ruling in support of the case u want to refer?

Whether any tax is leviable on income transferred from abroad by an NRI in his NRO or NRE Account. Whether interest earned on such income lying in NRO/NRE Account is chargeable to tax or not and whether the NRI will have to file I.T. Return for the interest income earned on deposits in such accounts in India.

My car was insured for 6,00000/- & it was stolen by some one,insurence was for the period of 1-1-07 to 31-12-08 & car was stolen in the end of policy i.e. on 2-11-08. Insurence co. has sent me a cheque of Rs. 5,36,000/- & has deducted Rs. 64000/- as depriciation that is on higher side as i think. I want to know is there any rules/policy of govt. or insurence co. which control/regulate amount/% of deprication & have a checking/control on such type of arbitrary/unilaterly attitude of insurence companies.Thanks

In a case the employee work on a payment of Rs. 5000/-(TA & DA paid seperately) from last 2 years. but he did not get the Salaray and TA DA from last 10 months. Now he leave the company and write the letter to the company but co. did not reply.
The co. is not registered and haviong no registered office but my client provide me the Banglore Address but whereas my client receive the appointment letter from NASHIK (Maharashtra) and he submiited all his reports at NASHIK.
1) Whether I can file suit in Labour Court for recovery of his payment. Pls provide provision.
2) Whether I have to serve notice to both the Offices, provide Limitation.

I have resigned a company w.e.f. 09th Aug 2008. In the Full and final settlement they have not paid me Performance Linked Reward. This PLR is for the Financial Year 2007-08 which is payable as on 31st July. All my collegues in the company have got the amount in there August salary. The have also stated that it includes bonus for 2007-2008. Now the company wrote that as per management's policy resigning employees are not eligible for PLR. Please advise can I challenge this policy from legal point of consideration??

Transfer of MAHADA plot to married daughter

I need help.
My father-in-law wants to transfer his mahada plot (suburb-mumbai) allotted to him in 1994 to his daughter i.e.my wife. Initially I was told there will not be any charges except minimum transfer fees
Basically fact is, it was applied by my wife from her savings in daddy`s name. Now we constructed a house on that plot.
We had given given all the origianl papers in original to Bandra office 10 years back. We are against of giving any bribe. Now I am told they do not have any original papers with them.
Can anyone guide me or tell me how best any one can help.
