Is it in India, foreclosure process has to be done through court? i.e with the intervention of court.Mortgagee has to file suit for forclosure and get the decree for sale.
or
can Mortgagee sell the mortgaged property directly to seller through registration?

can the clauses of section 13 of CPC which talks about conclusiveness of a foreign decree be used as an objection if the petition is for winding up of the company?
wouldnt the winding up petition be dealt with according to the rules and the laws laid down under the companies act ? urgent reply required.

Hi team,
I am a finance professional working in a MNC in Bangalore.
I am planning to start a poultry farm in Karnataka.I will be resigning from my job and will be completly in farming. But as per new land reforms in Karnataka, a normal person will not be allowed to purchase agriculture land.
Is there any clause in the law which will allow me in the purchase of agriculture land.
Other details:
My annual income is less than 2 lakhs/ annum.

A person died in his own house by hanging himself, Informant lodged FIR against his own family members on the allegation that they killed in the greed of porperty. And named two eye witness, who were declared hostile in the case, during post mortem report after more than 14 days of incident doctor found and submitted his report as strangulation. Only on the basis of statement given by informant who is not the eye witness on the basis of heresay evidence the court convicted accused by life sentence. whether it is correct? give judgments
