We live in a provisionally regularised colony in Delhi. There a row of houses ( 3 in no.) and 3 (vacant plots) side by side to each other. A narrow strip of 'kutcha' road runs along our dwelling units. My dwelling unit is in the middle of the row.We had at our cost built a concrete platform off the ground-level to park our maruti car and the only access and egress we have is to our right where a Company-owned Scorpio is parked which refuses to give us right of way.
In front of our dwelling unit are low-lying vacant plots which becomes slushy and soft during the rains with the danger of our car getting stuck in the soft-mud or overturning when trying to drive from low-lying land to high-land. Is there any legal remedy ? We have informed the Company but no remedy. Please help.

We are having chemical unit in maharashtra and we have got jobwork done from a party in gujarat are we required to give form F to party.If so will this be issued by sales tax authority and can we get it for period F.Y 08-09.
will party also issue form F and what about thst material bought without processing is form F to be given for it also. Can we get details of form F on sales tax sight .

We are registered in Maharashtra. We ordered one material to other vendor who is also having the registration in Maharashtra. The material ordered by us is directly dispatch to our client located in Panjab where we are not having our registration. The vedor dispatch the material indicating the consignee name is of our client and Buyer name of us. So can we issue the C form for the same transaction or the vendor has to add full tax to us for the same. Kindly give the clarification

police conducting further investigation during the trial.Most of the witnesses are already examined,but a few are remaining.What will happen if police filing the new charge sheet with new sections of law and additional accused?
Police seized certain documents now which are executed in 2007.these documents shows transfer of money related to certain recei pts connected with crime of 2006.Is it necessary to register a new FIR ?How the properties of the accused can be attached under criminal law? (offences are u/s 420 and 408 ipc in between two individuals)

Please go through the below provisions of a lease deed:
1.DURATION AND RENEWAL
Upon expiry of the Term of Lease, the term of lease may further be renewed by mutual consent of the parties.
1.1 That this lease shall, unless further renewed, come to an end on September 19, 2017 and the lessee shall hand over physical vacant possession of the schedule premises to the lessors.
2.TERMINATION OF LEASE
2.1Unless otherwise terminated as provided herein, this Deed shall be effective from the date of execution hereof and any renewed term thereof and continue in force for the term set forth in Clauses 1 and such renewed term.
On the basis of the above two clauses, the authority concerned has treated the lease as a lease in perpetuity.
What would be the objection against such interpretation of the above clauses?
Please reply with the help of case laws.

1) If aggricultural land is under Thane Mahanagarpalika (Municipal)area & under Residential Zone , then to purchase such land FARMER Certificate is necessory???
If not necessory then request you to provide us under which act??
2) What is Bombay Tenanacy 1947 act 88b1??
