Obc kasai muslim candidate apply for cast verification in Maharashtra. Problem of cast verification is no school or any records of this cast but his family doing kasai work before 1967. Status of cast verification departments is police verification and report of police verification committee is positive.
To fir hum sirf police verification report ke adhar par cast verification certificate ki mang kar sakte hai kya. Ya koi dusari method hai kya. Muze unone show cause notice diya hai aur hearing ke liye bulaya hai.

Sir, i am working in psu bank as a clerk is a ST of assam Deori tribe and presently posted in arunachal pradesh. When my arear came, income tax was deducted from me. When i enquired whether i have to pay income tax in scheduled area from the hr dept. they said tat only the ST hill people are exempted from income tax here. Plz guide me.

Hello to my senior practitioners, please provide any information when a non agriculturist purchases an agricultural land taking benefits of S.63(1) A of Bombay tenancy act ( in Maharashtra), whereas he is not willing to use the said land for the purpose as prescribed by this section and now wants to sale it further. Can he sale that land further by the virtue of any provisions of law? is there any authority on this subject? I want to help my client on this topic.

My father purchased a 6 marla property 10 year ago from a party.registry is OK Location of property is mentioned in registry. But due to mistake of patwari at that time in intqaal it shows our property as only a part of 3 hactare total property of selling party without mentioning its location.now at present value of our 6 marla is much more as compare of remaining.so selling party claiming that they sold 6 marla land at somewhere else (not there ,where at present we constructed house and shops) and they filing case in court.mistake was from government side.we were not aware of all these at that time....
Please suggest some solution...what to do now

If mortgage deed is for bank loan is registered in maharashtra after paying stamp duty of maharashtra but this d�ed also includes property of chhatisgarh. SRO offflice sent memo with d�ed to SRO chhatisgsrh.SRO chhaishgarh sent the doc. to collector stamp. Nayalaya collector of stamp at chhatisgarh issued notice to appear before him with origional deed. What is to be done by us. what is duty in chhatosgarh o n mortgage deed for bank loan.loan amt.is 50 cr.Please advise.
