Respected lawyers,
My wife had put 9 HMA, 125 CRPC and 12 DV in court already 4 years have passed but nothing has been proved in the cases. she does not want to live with me just doing to extract more money.
Earlier to court cases wife did a panchayati talak in women police cell and 13 B was filled but she backed out of the same saying that her signatures were taken forcibly on the both panchayati talak and 13 B petition.
Now 4 years have passed in above mentioned 3 cases but nothing proved by her till date.
pls tell me if i can put a divorce case now my counsel says if i put divorce case i will have to pay maintenance as they will first pass an order for maintenance as i do not want to live with her.
pls let me know if i should file divorce case or not?

A Colonizer and nearby landholders has made an unauthorized road from my agriculture road. These colonizer in connection with R.I and Patwari put traces into my revenue land record for which i put a case on them in the civil court but unfortunately the case got repealed and rejected though the case held in front of tehsildar is into my favour and the biggest problem is that at present they are making road of 10 feet but after this case the magistrate put 25 feet road into his order based on my registry in which the seller offered the road to the buyer and not a public road. Hello Experts... I am in trouble.. My father's name in all my certificates are wrongly spelled as 'PREM DASS' but, my father's name in all his documents are 'PREM DAS'(legal name).. Is there any thing that I can do to rectify this?? Now I have to apply for passport what name should I mention in my passport form?? kindly reply..please

Dear expert in my 10th 12th and graduation crtificate my father name is write as LAHEEK AHMAD but my father is write as LAIK AHMAD and my other sister docmnt also write as LAIK AHMAD
So my father has written his name in voter id card LAIK AHMAD ALIAS LAHEEK AHMAD .is it not create problem .sir i prepre ssc cgl .is it possible that publish in gazzete that both name are same person .is it not create problem at dcment verification

Sir, I was a worker in private ltd.company since 2005 .Employers retranched me from job since 2009 after that I filed a case in district Labour court through trade union , in 2014 the court passed the award in favour of me and ordered respondent to give 50% of back wages which is about 5 lacks and reinstated wih continueity in service there after aggrieved respondent file a writ petition before H.C. single bench and bench dismissed on april 2014 hece aggrived from the order respondent file a special appeal in H.C.(D.B.), yesterday 6/4/2017 in its first hearing my advocate without even intimate or council me willingfully weakened the case in any reason and court passed the order to give me only 1.5 lakhs without continueity in service . In these circumstances what should I do against my lawyer and please also advise the substitute remedy in favour of my case . As from lower middle class family please help me I am very thankful to you , Regards Narendra

How to get injunction order on agricultural land, the respondent is trying to sell the land the inam land case for fresh enquiry is pending at RDO office.
Its enough to get injuction order the following documents khasara pahani 1954 55, ROR 1979 80, 1989 90, Pahani Patrika 1954 55, 1960 61, 2011 to 2017
ORC COPY, AFFIDIVATE COPY, JOINT COLLECTOR ORDER COPY FOR FRESH ENQUIRY TO RDO
This documents is enough for taking injuction order.

Sir, My father had purchase 14 acers land in varvala village near dwarka, gujarat and had been doing farming there then he sold that land and purchased a small piece of land in dhinaki village in my mother's name, now we as mother is no more we have asked the revenue authorities to transfer the same in my fathers name. But the revenue dept is now asking us for proof of being a 'Farmer' which we are not having. The land has been purchased under auction by govt of rehabilitated person Request your guidance

Surname mispelled
In my school register surname is expanded but ssc cant expanded..Now in my inter,graduation certificates as like as ssc.Recently i appalied for passport i mentioned correct surname.Now i got passport also.but recently i saw my surname in my school records they are mispelled my surname.Now my surname is mentioned in only passport non other ceriticates doesnt have.Now correction is needed?
